Great service in the restaurant by Pratham
Hotel service by all was exemplary
Gabor was a great concierge and helped us tremendously on our arrival date
Club lounge was small however food was excellent and nice offerings including wine

I visited the Westin Hotel for their spa and afternoon tea services for my boyfriend’s birthday celebration and we had an excellent experience at the Hotel. Their facilities and customer service were amazing. And we’d like to share a special mention to the welcoming, friendly and kind staff: Manisha, Hammad and Sudhir! Thank you for your warm welcome at the afternoon tea, your excellent customer service definitely enhanced our experience even more. Would definitely recommend to come here and, I’m looking forward to visit here again!
The hotel amenities and people were superb. We felt taken care of and heard the entire time, especially with Sami at the concierge.
The views from the hotel were also hard to beat as the hotel practically sits on the River. We'll likely stay here again next time.

Lovely hotel in the heart of London
We only stayed 1 night so it wouldn't be fair to be overly critical. It's large hotel so was hard to get out bearings then it was time to leave
The staff were excellent and consistent across the different teams, concierge, restaurants, room service ...
The sauna wasn't hot and no one to come and check
Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping to the chef were very friendly and welcoming.

I stayed at The Westin London City about a month ago to celebrate my birthday, and I honestly cannot fault a single thing. From the moment the booking was made, the service was phenomenal. The hotel reached out beforehand to understand my expectations and ensure everything was perfect. George, the Guest Experience Manager, was incredibly receptive over email, quick to reply, and completely sorted out all my requests seamlessly.
When my sister and I arrived, the front desk team was wonderful. I unfortunately didn't catch the name of the lady who checked us in, but she was brilliant she immediately wished me a happy birthday, knew exactly who we were, and offered us lovely beverages while we waited.
I was thrilled to receive a room upgrade, and the room itself was gorgeous. They had set up the birthday package beautifully, exactly as we discussed. The birthday cake they provided was so sweet, and the champagne was lovely and of really good quality.
A huge shoutout goes to the breakfast team. The buffet spread was fantastic with loads of different options, but the service is what really elevated it. The staff were so attentive, constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay and topping up our cups the second we were running low on juices. I didn't get their names, but they were phenomenal.
I also highly recommend the Heavenly Spa. It is absolutely stunning, and I ended up visiting multiple times during my stay.
The hotel flawlessly honored all the extra perks that came with my Amex booking, which I was incredibly impressed by. Finally, a special thank you to Samie, who was so polite and helpful when we were checking out, handling our things and personally escorting me to my Uber.
Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, approachable and helpful. They truly created a beautiful, worthwhile experience for my birthday, and I would absolutely stay here again!
We had a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Pratham. He was incredibly kind, attentive, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His warm and welcoming attitude made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. Thank you, Pratham, for your excellent service—we would definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant!

I ordered the chicken Pad Thai, and it was delicious. The portion size was generous, and the dish arrived hot and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and I would definitely order it again . Highly recommended !!!
