The Westin London City

The property was very modern, the spa had amazing facilities and was not so busy, the staff were super welcoming and we also got upgraded free of charge due to birthday. I booked the hotel parking but due to the size of my car, It wouldn’t fit in the lift- the staff were very helpful and allowed me to park in another secure location.

Excellent breakfast and great service by John and Haeyna

Chef Saifol made the best omelette. As a Nigerian who loves his spices, I can say I was really impressed by how tasty it was.

I’ve stayed at The Westin London City many times, and it has consistently been a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and well located, but what really makes a difference is the service.

A very special thank you to Mohamed at the Front Desk, who has been incredibly helpful throughout my many stays. He always goes above and beyond to assist with any request and makes me feel genuinely welcome every time I return. His professionalism, kindness and attention to detail truly stand out.

It’s people like Mohamed who turn a great hotel stay into a memorable one and are a big reason why guests choose to return.

It was modern and in a great location. The staff were friendly and the facilities were great. It was child friendly and my daughter loved the scooter. She also thoroughly enjoyed the scavenger hunt and it was lovely to get a picture of the both of us and a teddy.

I have been visiting London regularly for over 10 years, and I cannot believe it took me so long to find the Westin. It is a gem of a hotel, better than almost any other hotel I have stayed at in Mayfair. It’s actually really conveniently located to a major tube stop (Bank) and you can walk out of the hotel onto the Thames path, to enjoy a stroll along the river to easily get to most places you’d want to go. There are also some excellent hidden restaurants towarda St Katharine’s docks just a short walk in the opposite direction. Perfect for a vacation, but I’ll also stay here for business in the future (convenient to the City and Canary Wharf). By the way the pool at the Westin is a relaxing haven from the city, and the gym and spa were excellent too. Thank you to the Westin team! Shout out to Mohamed for making my stay extra restful and enjoyable.

+ Pool und Whirlpool haben wir genutzt- sehr entspannend. Es gibt weiter eine Saune und ein Dampfbad
+ Aufzüge laufen top- sehr schnell und leise
Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.
+ U-Bahn und Buslinien in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie ein kleiner Shop für Erfrischungen
Es ist war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Excellent hotel located in an area that offers a lot of restaurant and bar options. The Westin lounge offer a nice breakfast and evening appetizers, beer and wine. Say hi to Pratham who is a host in the Westin club lounge. He is incredibly helpful and attentive!

Stayed here for 1 night and brought some friends who had never been before. They absolutely loved the hotel, like we do and could find no fault. We stayed in room 511 with a super comfy bed, great walk in shower and everything you need. The bar is great for pre dinner drinks, watching the boats go up and down the Thames. Its a great loaction for St Pauls and the surrounding areas and less than a 10min walk for the Uber boat from Bankside. We love this hotel as the staff are great and Martha at check in was so friendly and efficient. We willbe back.

Set on the Thames and looking over at the Globe theatre this hotel has a great setting.
Close to several tube stations it is easy to reach though due to the one way system taxis have to go around the houses a bit.
A pleasant light lobby looking across the river is your first impression, greeted by friendly staff who show you to the lift to the 4 th floor check in area.
Air con kept it pleasantly cool in the warm weather and the front desk staff were excellent - efficient and friendly.
The rooms are spacious with th usual Heavenly bedding making for a great night’s sleep. The dimmer switches added a good feature to the lighting.
Food is good. - breakfast has everything including an egg station, and service is good. The one small criticism about the restaurant is that is is long and narrow which makes transiting a little difficult at peak times.
The 3rd floor bar is wonderful - again views over the river. When i was there it wasn’t full and great cocktails made by a friendly and attentive Nepalese barman.
They have a cool spa with lap pool, steam room and sauna as well as a well equipped gym and good treatments.
All round a really good city centre hotel.

Really lovely weekend stay here, the staff are all so friendly and go above and beyond, the spa is relaxing, and the location is perfect.. special mention to chyngyz a really nice guy who was the first and last worker we saw on our trip and embodies everything the Marriott is about he helped make our trip so memorable and special. Great service from him!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very modern, convenient to locations and right on the Thames River. The rooms are great and the gym is well equipped.

While all of the above is superlative, the staff is even better!!EVERYONE was great. We had extra help with getting a can when our Uber bagged us and we weee in a hurry (great job Sammy!) as well as wonderful experience in the bar. The bartender was very friendly and even made us an extra small drink to taste his newest creation.

This was a wonderful hotel. I traveled with my children and we all enjoyed our stay. The hotel and I coordinated airport pick up and drop off. We borrowed scooters to walk on the riverside. Enjoyed the pool and the staff from start to finish went above and beyond to make sure myself and my children were comfortable!

It’s simply an underwhelming hotel on every level. Across four separate stays, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The Club Lounge food is poor, the wine selection is substandard, and the tables are regularly left dirty. As an Ambassador member, I’ve never once received a room upgrade or any meaningful recognition, which is particularly disappointing given the number of stays.

The staff are friendly enough, and the pool is genuinely very good, which makes it even more frustrating because this property has so much potential. With some investment in the lounge experience, better welcome amenities, and a greater focus on elite recognition, it could be a fantastic hotel.

Instead, it feels like a property that’s simply going through the motions. The lack of attention to detail and failure to deliver the basics suggest a noticeable absence of strong leadership from the General Manager.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly suited for the business traveler. Decor is simple modern, with thought put to the littlest of details including having proper (and enough) hooks and rails upon which to hang towels, dimmable lights throughout the room and bathroom, Brita water filter, several available outlets on each of walls, etc. Service was impeccable as well. Thank you!
