Excellent location near St Paul’s Cathedral, Millenium Bridge and the Tate Modern
Pros:

Good location and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Not sure about the £150 discretionary tip (two nights) added to the bill! Appreciate it was discretionary but not overly clear how much it was beforehand.

Pros:

The staff were very polite and accommodating. They quickly supplied any requests made.

Cons:

We didn’t get full spa experience as the steam room was out of order. Apart from that, the spa was quiet and relaxing.

Schönes Hotel in super Lage direkt an der Themse

Cons:

- zu kleine Betten (1,40m)
- Zimmer mit 2 Teenagern zu klein
- keine Fenster zum öffnen (nur Klima, keine Frischluft)
- Frühstück extrem schlecht (keine Brötchen, keine gekochten Eier, kaum Aufschnitt) Verstehe die Bewertungen zum guten Frühstück nicht
- Preis/Leistung passt nicht

The best hotel in London i stayed so far!

Mohammed was zo een fijne gastheer. Hij heeft mij en mijn gezin super geholpen en wat zijn ze lief met kinderen. Ontbijt was ook heel fijn .. perfecte orange juice. En de bedden 100/10!
