Pros:

Overall, the hotel is very good and the stay was enjoyable. The staff members were all very friendly.

The only minor downside was that there was occasionally a slight odour coming from the river next to the hotel.

Pros:

京急蒲田から徒歩5分、JR蒲田から徒歩10分というロケーションで、JR側へ行くと商店も多くて便利なロケーション。ちょっと奮発してデラックスシングルにしたら便所と風呂が分かれている構造だったので、とても落ち着けた。

Clean and Convenient, accessible to Haneda,
Pros:

The location is just between Keikyukamata and Kamata station. Very quiet.
There are 2 APA hotels near Keikyukamata Station. This one is across the river. There is a nearer one next to the station.
Very clean toilets and comfortable business hotel.
