Sehr freundliches Personal und ein sehr sauberes, insgesamt ruhiges Zimmer. Besonders praktisch war die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck nach dem Check-out noch im Hotel zu lagern. Alle wichtigen Amenities wie Rasierer, Wattestäbchen, Duschgel, Conditioner, Shampoo, Wattepads und eine Duschhaube waren vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es eine Auswahl an Filmen auf Englisch. Achtung: Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein weiteres APA Hotel – unbedingt auf den Zusatz „Minami“ achten!

I always stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Asakusa, and once again it didn't disappoint. It offers excellent value for money, is within easy walking distance of Senso-ji Temple, and is also very close to several underground stations, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

This time, however, what truly stood out was the exceptional service from three female members of staff. I hope someone from APA Hotels reads this and is able to recognise them, as they genuinely deserve it.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for a total of 12 days, across four different rooms. My family left before me, while I spent two days at a ryokan before returning to the hotel for the final two nights of my trip. Throughout our stay, these three ladies were consistently professional, kind, and incredibly helpful with every enquiry we had.

They kindly arranged a large taxi van to take my family to Narita Airport, making sure there was enough space for four people and six large suitcases. They also looked after my luggage during the two days I was away at the ryokan in Yamagata, which made my trip completely stress-free.

I honestly can't express how grateful my family and I are for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for their names, but I would like to sincerely thank them and hope this message reaches both them and the hotel management. Outstanding customer service like theirs deserves to be recognised.

I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Tokyo.

Emplacement formidable. Fournitures.

Petit déjeuner, complet et très bien. Support de l'équipe. Etablissement propre, clair, plutot calme. Localisation bien située proche du kaminarimon et des 2 lignes de metro de Asakusa (Ginza/Asakusa).

It was clean and well located.

Th refrigerator made my drinks really cold. The staff were really friendly.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, le quartier est calme. Le métro n'est pas loin. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. La chambre était grande pour notre famille de 3 et très bien agencée. L'hôtel vaut largement ses 3 étoiles. Une adresse que nous garderons et que nous conseillerons.
