Great Family Stay
Pros:

My family of three stayed for a week in April and had a great experience. We enjoyed visiting nearly daily after Thao (who also serves as a concierge) checked us in upon arrival. Her restaurant and other recommendations were helpful as we had two nights without any prearranged plans.
We always enjoy using the M Club when we travel, and this trip was no exception.
Valet parking was fast and easy with the very friendly staff out front.
We will certainly be back the next time we need a hotel in Bethesda.

Pros:

Great location and amenities.

Cons:

They do not offer free Wi-Fi, charge $13 per day. You could "become a member" and get a free pass, but their online registration form does not work. The fancy hotel instantly starts feeling cheap and penny-pinching.

Ryan went above and beyond
Pros:

We were eating dinner outside and my 5 year old niece was really cold. We were going to have to go home but Ryan from the front desk came up with a creative solution to save the night and help us enjoy dinner. Thanks Ryan!

I want you to give 10 stars to the Bethesda Marriott! We had an amazing experience and all the staff was so friendly! The room was so nice and the food was delicious! Special shout out to Griffen, Thao, Sarah and Roberto who served us with such an amazing attitude!

Really nice hotel!
Pros:

I was anticipating a generic "by the airport" type hotel when I booked a room here for a conference I was attending, but Marriott Bethesda felt more like a boutique hotel. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and within walking distance of a Whole Foods and a handful of nice restaurants.

Thao is Marriott Employee of the Year!
Pros:

Due to a very full house, I booked a room for my parents over Thanksgiving weekend. The one problem, though, was that I had accidentally made a reservation for the week prior! Thank goodness Thao was working at the front desk the evening my parents arrived. She kept everyone calm and managed to secure them a room during one of the busiest weekends of the year. Thao saved Thanksgiving! We are forever grateful.

Very nice
Pros:

Very nice stay on our way to Washington airport, great gym and an amazing Mexican restaurant just 5 minutes. Staff was also very pleasant.
