Caméras de surveillances pour votre sécurité ;)
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre de Lisbonne. La qualité ainsi que le choix des produits proposés au petit-déjeuner, inclus dans le prix, sont très bons.

Cons:

Il y a de nombreuses caméras de surveillance dans les parties communes de l’immeuble, à l’exception des chambres. J’aurais apprécié que cette information soit indiquée plus clairement avant la réservation, afin de pouvoir choisir un établissement offrant davantage d’intimité.

Par ailleurs, la réception se situe au 5e étage et n’est pas accessible depuis le 4e étage par ascenseur. Les personnes à mobilité réduite doivent donc emprunter les escaliers, y compris pour accéder à la salle du petit-déjeuner.

Si vous réservez deux chambres et souhaitez qu’elles se trouvent au même étage, il est préférable de le préciser dès la réservation, même plusieurs mois à l’avance.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, celui-ci est organisé en trois créneaux horaires à réserver la veille. Cependant, cela ne garantit pas de pouvoir être assis à la même table. Une famille de quatre personnes peut ainsi être amenée à s’installer sur deux tables séparées. De plus, certaines tables hautes sont placées face à un mur, ce qui n’est pas particulièrement agréable. Une meilleure organisation de l’espace et des tables pendant le service du petit-déjeuner serait appréciable.

Great stay and would definitely recommend
Pros:

The room was lovely and spacious with views to the main street. The location was brilliant and literally right beside Elevador de Santa Justa. I could just walk to the majority of the touristic attractions.

Cons:

Reception in the top floor with some stairs was a bit annoying with suitcases. Not much variety in the breakfast, but the walnut cake was lovely and they had pastéis de nata which is a must in Lisbon. No fridge in the room.

Très bel hôtel pour un court séjour
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’ambiance chaleureuse, l’immeuble est moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain est grande (il y avait 2 vasques). Il y a assez de rangement.

Perfektes Hotel wenn man Lissabon erkunden möchte

Absolute Toplage, zentral und sicher. Sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal

מיקום יוצא מן הכלל. קרוב לכיכר המסחר ולכיכרות נוספים. מאפשר טיול רגלי בשלושה מן הרבים של ליסבון.
העיצוב של המלון מודרני וחדשני. המעצב חשב על כול פרט בעת שיפוץ הבניין העתיק.
בקומה העליונה נמצא חדר האוכל, ויש בו שתיה חמה ועוגות כול היום. ארוחת הבוקר טובה.

כיון שהבניין עתיק, החדרים קטנים וכך גם חדר המקלחת והשירותים.
