Somewhat unpleasant and DARK!
Pros:

It was clean. And the room was spacious.

Cons:

The power went out Saturday (08-22-26) between 5:30pm and 6pm for over 5 hours before we left and drove the long 4 hour drive back home. It was still out when we packed up and left. We were paid up until Sunday and we left Saturday night to drive back. It started to get really hot in the room. Not one time did any staff come tell us updates about the power being restored or if we were going to be compensated somehow. So far we were NOT!!
Why in the world doesn’t a hotel someone pays $427 for 2 nights have a backup generator for situations like this? Absolutely uncalled for.
Oh! And the beds were not very comfortable.

Family trip
Pros:

It was a good stay. Everything was clean and comfy.

Cons:

Just had problems with the check in. Was told 209.00 and paid 225.00. And paid two security deposit but it was refunded. Just seemed the first lady that checked us in wasnt sure what she was doing.

Mediocre.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Not having pool was a disappointment.. Beds were uncomfortable.

Will be back
Pros:

I booked this place for my daughter’s 9th birthday because I was unsure of the weather being in Arkansas and all. Everything and everyone was great. I asked for extra towels because of the extra guest and they obliged. There’s a grill in the pool area which I thought was pretty cool. All and all it was a great stay!!!
