First, I would like to thank the entire staff; the reception team welcomed me warmly, pleasantly, and politely. The atmosphere in the dining room was pleasant, and everything was tasteful. I received the room I had requested—it was always clean, and everything was excellent. Once again, thank you to the reception staff, and especially to the young man who checked me in upon my arrival

Rúmgott herbergi og góður morgunverður sem er frábært að njóta í útsýni yfir borgina á 14 hæð. Sundlaug, sólbaðsaðstaða upp á þaki 15 hæðar og sauna var líka kærkomin viðbót við dvöl okkar á hótelinu.
Nice view
Disappointing: Room is nice but overpriced, because Hotel management is cost cutting on the customer experience side. Long waiting time at check-in in the evening and also in the morning at check-out. Basis toiletries are missing in the room. No-go: you have to purchase extra if you need toothpate! toothbrush! and body lotion. This is not acceptable for a 4* place. I stayed multiple times at that place because my company is close by. This was most probably the last time as there are nice alternatives around.

Die Größe des Studios und Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Der Blick auf München war unbezahlbar auch der Service am Empfang und beim Frühstück waren total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten früher ins Zimmer und nach Abreise noch den Wellnessbereich nutzen.
Über die Wasserflasche im Zimmer haben wir uns gefreut :) sowie das sehr gute Frühstück.
Die Lautstärke vom Flur sowie von den Clubs außen.
Die Sauberkeit, denn das Wasser in der Dusche und im Waschbecken ist leider nicht abgelaufen und hat unter anderem Gerüche erzeugt. Auch der Boden im Eingangsbereich war defekt (Wasserschaden).
Der Wellnessbereich wurde leider nicht aufgeräumt zwischendurch und durch die anderen Gäste sehr laut und schmutzig.
Etwas teuer insgesamt für eine Nacht.
Lage Perfekt. Super Sauber.
