The location.
The staff are mot accommodating.
Restaurant lässt zu wünschen übrig, serviceperspnal braucht professionelle schulung, Essen qualitative eher unteres niveau.
Room was very noisy with the lift noise doors of rooms banging and can hear transport, obviously windows are not soundproof.
Breakfast, was ok, but had to ask staff to fill up certain areas of the food, and also no glasses were available from the juice area. Food areas were not kept clean and tidy for food presentation.

The hotel is very accessible since it's just near SM City Bacolod. Staffs were also very accomodating and hospitable.
The water drainage in the shower seems to be clogged. After showering, there seems to be a little bit of flooding inside the shower area in the bathroom. There were also no face or hand towels which forces us to go outside the bathroom with our feet wet.
Can't beat the location inside sm and 3min feom the port. Else nothing positive to say....

Not worth it
The hotel.is clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel located is direct access to SM shopping mall. Walking distance to central market, cathedral and not far from Lacson St.
