Expected much better from a hotel with the Radisson name
Pros:

Its near sm city and near the venue of my event!

Cons:

There were two roaches when we checked in. We had to follow up for pillows, slippers, and other amenities. Breakfast was slow to refill, you really need to follow up if you want them to replenish the food. We even changed our breakfast time, thinking we were just late, but it was still the same. You really have to ask and remind them to refill because there were times when there was no viand available.

The extra bed was set up in front of us, and we saw that the foam was very dirty. They were only going to cover it with one sheet, so we had to request an extra sheet.

Upon arriving at midnight, we had to request a luggage trolley ourselves, which was frustrating because the staff seemed sleepy. We were also sleepy and tired after our trip.

Considering the amount we paid and the reputation of the Radisson brand, the experience was disappointing.

Pros:

Its proximity to SM Mall and location downtown in middle of the city. Our room was quite large and view towards the water was good.

Cons:

The bath towels were thin and very lightly fraying. The view was good but there are plenty of squatter shacks that detracted from the view.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Customer Service, house wide, was exceptional. Pool and exercise room were great. Direct access to mall was convenient. Breakfast was great!
