Breakfast is good with variety of choices and the area is spacious.
Its not that i didn’t like but it would be better maybe if there is a good aroma in the hotel floors. The carpet can sometimes give off a different smell.
It’s location.
It’s becoming too pricey and has recently imposed a less than friendly hotel/ client relation,even the “free extra bed for a child” is now charged. Business must have been not so good. Everything is charged at a higher price to make profits.

I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. We arrived at the hotel early at 8:00 AM, and I really appreciated that the staff allowed us to drop off our bags. They also informed us that we could potentially check in early by 2:00 PM if a room became available.
When I returned to the counter at 1:00 PM, the room was ready. However, the check-in process itself was disappointing. The staff member simply handed me the keycard without any explanation, no mention of the check-out time, the location of the elevators, or details about breakfast, wifi details, etc.When I asked where I could claim our luggage, I was simply told "at the concierge." When I asked where that was, the staff member just pointed to a luggage cart with no one manning it.
I understand that the check-in line was long and the staff were busy, but I expected at least a basic orientation of the hotel’s facilities. I ended up getting all the necessary information from the security guard instead.
On a positive note:
• Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast was excellent! There were many options, and I especially loved that they served vegetables, which is quite rare compared to other hotels.
• Amenities: The hotel facilities and amenities were all in good condition and very satisfactory.
I had a very good stay during my business trip in May 2026. The service was excellent, with staff being attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around. The rooms were comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep, and overall, it offered great value for money.
The hotel is connected to SM Mall so it is very convenient. Rooms are clean, comfy beds bfast buffet have a lot of food choices. They have big size pool. The food in the pool bar is very good and the service was exeptional. Front desk check in/out was smooth.
Conditioner and shampoo were empty when I took a shower. Shower caulking have molds. They need better bathroom trashcan.

Staying at this hotel was generally satisfying due to its convenient location next to a large shopping mall with diverse dining options.
The room was comfortable, with a spacious layout, and equipped with all necessary amenities. It faced the road, and there was some late-night traffic noise that disturbed a good night's sleep, even though my room was on a higher floor.
The breakfast buffet was good, although the food wasn't replenished frequently and the service was slow.
The hotel features a gym and swimming pool on the second floor; it would be better if the gym included more cardio machines, and the swimming pool, which has shaded areas with murals, could benefit from better maintenance.
Overall, this hotel offers the best location, and I highly recommend it.

Nothing. Not worth it
Almost everything. From the security guard who was busy on his phone watching videos and offered no help, the power interruption for more than 10x in a night, the complementary water is in a pitcher that is very dirty, the bedsheets and towels are very worn out and smells. They offer a “free drinks” in the ground floor but the staff were very mean and most of the items are not available.
