Value for this level? Questionable
Pros:

Access to SM, general Bacolod location.

Cons:

The minimal nature of the room furnishings was kind of annoying - closet doors and a motion light at the "closet" that came on anytime you were near it, day or night... no additional tables, no couch. Elevators were down 5-6 days... until the basketball teams arrived, hmmmm. Hotel I think already needs a refresh in the hallways (carpets) and someone please rethink the spartan nature of the rooms... not inviting at all, cold and anti-human. Breakfast a competitive jungle at the wrong hour... person taking/making omelet/egg orders, barely visible behind kitchen junk... come on.

Cons:

The delay in refund of deposit. Make sure you use credit card for deposit. Or I would suggest to the Hotel to ask for cash security deposit and refund upon check out.

The staff are the best . They did their best to make guests feel special. And Location, location.
Pros:

Location, close to everything.

Cons:

The bathrooms. Stains on bathroom corners, slimy shower floors. In other words, cleaning standards, especially in bathrooms need to be improved . Proper training maybe? And constant monitoring and evaluation. .

Great location for access to the SM Mall. The room and shower were great

Cons:

The breakfast was the absolute worst I had in all of the Philippines. Otherwise my overall rating would have been higher. Perhaps the Asian selection was better…

Nice motel low quality run restaurant!
Pros:

Free Parking outside.

Cons:

I didn't like that the restaurant has a food inventory management problem. The Philippines has this issue all the time. They were out of the shake we requested. To really make it worse out of Cannoli for desert. I have been wanting to have my girlfriend try these. We decided to not eat there. Not happy with poor food inventory management control. Wont ever eat there after that!
