No extra towel
The hotel is very accessible since it's just near SM City Bacolod. Staffs were also very accomodating and hospitable.
The water drainage in the shower seems to be clogged. After showering, there seems to be a little bit of flooding inside the shower area in the bathroom. There were also no face or hand towels which forces us to go outside the bathroom with our feet wet.
Can't beat the location inside sm and 3min feom the port. Else nothing positive to say....

The hotel.is clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel located is direct access to SM shopping mall. Walking distance to central market, cathedral and not far from Lacson St.

Nærmt til shopping senter. Rent og dint hotel rommet.
Personalet roter veldig mye. Når jeg reservert bordet det er mye frem og tilbake . Snakker du med noen også dagen etterpå så snakker de noe annet. Litt skuffet med inn sjekking, de sier at jeg har ikke betalt men allerede betalt på nett. Tok lang tid før de fikk ordnet. Har levert klærne til vask også de har lovet at de skal levere de med engang. Også ringte de etter mange timer at de har glemt å levere klærne til laundry. Måtte kjøpe klærne på SM. All in all de er veldig hjelpsomt, greie og snill uansett

Good location
We had 2 rooms- one was fine. The other had a smell in it the whole time plus ac was not bringing the temp down enough, it was muggy in the room. The shower also did not drain properly so we would shower with our feet submerged under water on the ground bc it doesn’t drain

Overall stay is very good, the room is clean,, just an improvement to refill daily the drinking water upon cleaning and also provide disposable slipper
Easy access with excellent staff especially Aya, hazel and dandy.
We check in August 7 at Radisson sm bacolod for 2 days to celebrate my son birthday. It was convenient to use even its rainy coz the place located inside the mall. The kids are enjoyed and we having a good time. Thanks also to a friendly Jobere who cleans our room. I really appreciated. His a nice guy.
