Pros:

Welcoming, clean and comfortable in a central location. Had king room which was spacious and cozy with great extras like good quality soap etc. , Dyson fan, nespresso coffee maker and good quality linen and towels. Bar downstairs very friendly.

Cons:

None from our perspective but if you dont want any street noise or stairs then it's not the place for you.

Great pub and rooms, but book 1-4 for less of a climb!

Pros:

Tolle Lage nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Exeter Central,uriges Pub unter den Zimmern, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen aber für 1 Nacht OK, bisschen laut von den Gästen im Pub (aber mit dem muss man rechnen wenn man dort ein Zimmer bucht)
Zum Frühstück muss man ca 7 min in ein anderes Hotel gehen,aber dort war das Frühstück sehr gut.

Nuit paisible dans une chambre cosy au dessus d'un pub historique à quelques mètres de la cathédrale
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, pas de petit déjeuner inclus donc pas de retour possible sur ce point, accueil adorable, chambre et sdb impeccables, propres et très bien équipées, ventilateur, fer à repasser, machine à café, eau fraîche, rideaux occultants, télévision... rien ne manquait, literie très confortable, on a passé une très bonne nuit !
