Alles drumherum, sehr zufrieden ich war das zweite Mal in dem Hotel innerhalb von 2,3 Jahren und würde noch mal hingehen

Alles Zimmer sauber Personalfreundlich Frühstück sehr gut frisch zubereitet Hotel in sehr gute Lage Parkplatz vorm Haus wenn man Glück hat eins frei ist. Ansonsten gibt es reichlich Barparkhäuser in der Nähe.

הייתה לנו חוויה בלתי נשכחת במלון ונרו בסלוניקי. מהרגע שהגענו ועד שעזבנו, הרגשנו כמו אורחי VIP. רמת השירות, היחס האישי והאכפתיות היו יוצאי דופן.
צוות הקבלה היה מדהים, תמיד עם חיוך, סבלנות ורצון אמיתי לעזור. החדרים היו נקיים, מעוצבים ונוחים, וארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה, טרייה וטעימה מאוד.
תודה מיוחדת לאלכסנדרה ולג'ון מצוות הקבלה. הם השקיעו בנו מעבר לכל ציפייה, הקדישו לנו זמן אישי, ישבו איתנו, חשבו יחד איתנו על המקומות שהכי יתאימו לנו והמליצו על מסלולים, מסעדות ואטרקציות שהפכו את החופשה שלנו למושלמת. הרגשנו שהם באמת רוצים שניהנה, ולא רק ממלאים את תפקידם.
תודה מיוחדת גם למריה מצוות המסעדה, שקיבלה אותנו בכל בוקר עם חיוך ענק, אדיבות ולב רחב. השירות שלה, תשומת הלב לכל פרט והאווירה החמה שיצרה הפכו כל ארוחת בוקר לחוויה נעימה במיוחד.
