I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the standard of service and the unacceptable handling of a booking issue by Novotel Bangkok Future Park Rangsit.
On May 27, 2026, I made a confirmed booking for a "Deluxe 1 King Bed" room (Room Only) for a stay on July 6, 2026 (Booking No. QKKHCSRH). I applied my accumulated ALL loyalty points toward this reservation, bringing the final amount to 153.40 THB, which was successfully charged to my credit card.
However, on June 5, 2026, I opened my All Accor app only to find out with absolute surprise that my booking had been canceled without any prior direct notification. I immediately called the hotel to investigate. I was shocked to be told by the staff that due to a system error on the app on May 27, the rate displayed was incorrect. Consequently, the hotel decided to unilaterally cancel my booking, refund my points, and simply asked me to rebook at the updated, higher price.
I find this approach entirely unacceptable and unfair. This cancellation was strictly caused by the hotel’s own system malfunction, yet the guest is being penalized for it. When I expressed my frustration, the staff claimed an email had been sent to notify me. Relying on a single email to inform a guest about a unilateral cancellation is incredibly negligent—such critical matters warrant a direct phone call.
The staff insisted that I rebook at the new rate and offered 2 complimentary breakfasts as compensation. This resolution only added to my frustration. I rarely eat hotel breakfast; whenever I do choose to have it, I use either my 30% member discount or my available vouchers. Forcing a compensation package that holds zero value to the guest, while refusing to honor a confirmed booking, reflects incredibly poor dispute management.
As a loyal customer who travels frequently both domestically and internationally, I have always prioritized booking with Accor properties. Every year when the sales representatives call to pitch membership renewals, I renew without hesitation because of my trust in the brand. However, this experience has completely shattered that trust, and I am now seriously reconsidering whether I should renew my membership when it expires this coming August 2026.
Before ending the call, the hotel staff made it clear that they could not—or would not—do anything beyond offering the rebooking and the unwanted breakfast compensation. Out of options, I contacted the All Accor Customer Service Line, hoping that my Gold Member status would carry some weight and that the corporate team would treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. After being transferred through two different agents, I was ultimately told to submit an email complaint so they could "investigate"—leaving me with no definitive solution or guarantee.
Working in the service industry myself, I know for a fact that if my business makes a system error, we take full responsibility to honor the customer's purchase rather than forcing them to pay more.
I urge the management team of Novotel Bangkok Future Park Rangsit and All Accor to look into this matter urgently, fulfill the booking under the original agreed terms, and restore my confidence in your brand.
Great stay at this hotel. The place was clean and the breakfast and restaurants at the hotel are great! I highly recommend this place if you need a hotel in Bangkok.
Just keep in mind that this hotel is like an hour from the city center by car

Bad leider nicht mit festen Wänden, sondern 2 Schiebetüren, daher hellhöriger (wichtig, wenn man Kinder dabei hat mit leichtem Schlaf). Ansonsten aber auch voll ok.

As feedback in disabled room. Difficult to close curtains with the sofa in front of them. Disabled people need better access. Small complaint, room is lovely.
