The Alberto Restaurant

Cons:

There were no towels in my bedroom so it was not well prepared for my arrival.

There were dirty earbuds in the bathroom of previous occupants

Cons:

Poor house keeping .
No slippers in the room . Tissue box empty. Air con was loud . Bathroom sink plug hole was broken .towl hanging peg insecure in the bathroom.

Great room great staff and great service!
Pros:

Great room great staff! Got warm welcome back by Khun Aoy, Khun An Khun Est and Khun Nook. Their service always professional and friendly. Evening cocktail at executive lounge also delicious and thank you HK team for welcome back setup i am truly looking forward another wonderful stay here soon!
