Close to Spencer street rail station. Plenty of seating in the foyer and a good breakfast. The staff were helpful and efficient.

Cons:

There was no automatic coffee machine at breakfast. Not enough egg choices, for example, boiled eggs should be a choice.

We were there only for one night. We have stayed here in the past. Overall it was good.
Pros:

The breakfast was good however limited in options compared to the hotels that I stayed in Geelong prior to that.
