Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was done daily, which I really appreciated.

The location was super convenient — very close to the SkyBus terminal at Southern Cross Station, with many tour pickup points nearby. It was also easy to get around the city with multiple tram lines within walking distance.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

Nothing major overall, but the food at Greatroom was really bad.

I ordered the veggie roll and chicken nuggets (AUD 22 in total). The waiting time was over 30 minutes, and the food came out quite hard. Unfortunately, I also had some stomach discomfort afterwards…

Other than that, everything else was pretty good.

Very convenient overnight stay.
Pros:

Great location and convenience for an overnight stay in Melbourne. Easy walking distance to Spencer Stree station and easy to get tram transport to other events and shopping.

Cons:

Due to my return flight timing, I missed out on the opportunity to have breakfast, which looked great when I saw what others were enjoying.
