Lovely clean, central and modern hotel
Pros:

How modern and central it was. Staff were great. I loved the fact you had gluten free bread for breakfast. Being celiac I hardly ever have that option. Thanks

Cons:

The pillows were uncomfortable. The soft was non existent and the firm was not firm at all. New pillows are needed for sure. I came away with a sore neck after our weekend stay.

Hotel Stay
Pros:

Staff were fantastic and made it a positive stay. Was an overnight stay and hotel was close to everything. Lounge area was very large and comfortable. Good variety provided for breakfast.

Milk provided in rooms for coffee - not good

Great location, but need to improve breakfast
Pros:

Location was excellent. Rooms were compact but comfortable. Well maintained property although considered as a budget hotel, it was quite a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Almost all hot items had eggs or meat which left us with only bread and cornflakes and congee. Even after requesting the staff, there was no change to the menu.

Pros:

Central location for sight seeing and public transport close. Lots of options for meals. Helpful,friendly staff. Ample car parking.

Cons:

The room temperature was set to 24 degrees. It automatically reset to this once you left the room. Bit too hot for us until the we used the aircon to drop the temperature.
