以方便性來說完全無可挑剔，可以等有特價活動的時候再來下訂

早餐加購，成人價格為2000日圓，小學生1000日圓。
房間內有熱水壺、冰箱、數個衣架。 備品可於一樓大廳酌量取用。

入住完回頭看標準雙人跟高級雙人房的照片，發現應該就差在電視是否壁掛，以及多一個靠牆小書桌，其他格局應該是一樣的。大家可以自己依照需求挑選。

飯店內有貼標示，2026之後全館都禁煙。

二樓有販賣機以及一台微波爐，

七樓則有洗烘衣機，3kg以下500日圓，1kg以下400日圓，額外烘乾加100日圓。應該還有一個純洗衣，忘記多少錢。
放到3kg的量是真的有機會烘不乾，在意者可以加購額外烘乾。洗衣前可以使用免費桶槽清洗功能。
最後記得設定密碼，取衣時需要輸入密碼才能開門。
洗衣房沒有兌幣機，所以要自行準備100日圓硬幣，或是去2樓販賣機購買飲料兼兌幣。
房內電視可以看到洗衣機運轉時間。

Cons:

洗衣機價格略貴，如果有辦法離峰尖峰時間差異定價會更好。

Remarkable stay with value for money
Pros:

Did not have breakfast at the hotel but there are lots of convenience stores around the hotel.

第一次入住，預定雙人房，空間可以打開29寸行李箱，但拿完就需要關起來，不然無法走路～床不會太小，浴室空間也很足夠，不會沒地方放置洗漱用品，每天都可以預訂請飯店進行清潔，非常貼心！房間乾淨、不會過舊

附近非常便利，走路5分鐘即可抵達地鐵站，有便利商店、購物中心、餐廳、超市等等，整體非常推薦！

Bom custo benefício. Excelente localização.
Pros:

Excelente localização (muito próximo do trem/metro, comércio, lojas e restaurantes).
Belo hotel com elevador. Itens de higiene à disposição, como barbeadores, escovas de dente e creme dental.
Em um dos andares tem máquina de lavar roupas (livre serviço). O café da manhã é de boa qualidade.
O quarto tinha cerca de 18m², maior do que o comum em Tokyo. De modo geral é um bom hotel.

Cons:

Apesar do quarto ser maior do que o comum em Tokyo, eu achei pequeno. O quarto não tinha guarda-roupa fechado e isso me incomodou porque me dava a sensação de que o quarto estava constantemente desorganizado. Faltava um lugar para guardar as malas e isso reduz ainda mais o espaço útil do quarto. Apesar de estar satisfeito de modo geral, considerar subir o budget e ter um quarto mais confortável é algo que pode ser considerado. De modo geral é um bom hotel com um custo benefício tangivel.
