Pros:

1.位置離車站走路20分鐘（拖著行李），走路有夠比較快約10分鐘。
出車站後左邊是天橋人行道，過到對面後直走。
2.整潔度100分：一樓大廳廁所乾淨，退房後可以寄放行李。
3.備品附有面膜，還有可以自由領取的茶包跟濾掛式咖啡，身為女漢子也很喜歡。
4.空間：房間內足夠可以放置行李箱，雙人床的枕頭與棉被也很有安全感，很喜歡。比我前天推睡眠品質的super hotel 好很多，他們家我睡得不安心。

Cons:

附近特種行業會拉客人，我女生晚上21點走路經過時也被牛郎店拉客，不過他們不會硬來？？直接搖頭就走的話，應該不用特別擔心。

飯店所在位置距離車站很近很方便，附近很晚都還有餐廳可覓食，可打開google map會找到一些當地人會去的餐廳，飯店的自助洗衣也很方便，洗的時候洗衣機就會同時幫你加入洗衣精，樓下備品也很大方的讓旅客自取，服務人員也很親切，真的很推薦👍🏻

부킹닷컴에 올라온 호텔내부의 사진과 실제 호텔 내부 환경은 완전 달랐으며 더블룸에 어른2명 아동 1명 숙박 가능하다고 했고 사진도 넉넉해 보였으나 실제 호텔은 너무 적어 어른 두명 간신히 잘 수 있는 공간이었음. 할 수 없이 40만원 추가 비용지불하여 업그레이드 함. 너무 실망스러움.

Great place for a couple exploring Tokyo
Pros:

Great location, very close to the metro station and lots of places to eat. The staff is very helpful with any issue you have. There was a purifier in our room. Good place to stay for a vacation in Tokyo overall, you won't spend much time in the room anyway so it does not matter if it is a small room.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small, not as small as other locations but still you don't have much place to move in. DO NOT get a smoking room if you are a non-smoker, those rooms reek of tabacco. They offered to change our room though so that was alright.
