No help, made my stay more stressful than it had to be. Stress on top of stress.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything. There was no staff at the front desk. I had to call their phone twice to get someone to come out. They didn’t answer their phones either.

Cons:

No help at all with anything. They are making my refund process more difficult than it has to be.

It's near a train line...
Pros:

It's near a train line and a noisy road. The train passes many times always sounding the horn multiple times. Very Loud. The same with the road... really bad soundproofing. The staff is really friendly.

Decent for the price.
Pros:

Clean and modern.

Cons:

I needed a blanket or robe when I sat in the chair watching tv. Also, and this is very important, the sheets didn’t appear to have been changed before my visit. They appeared loose and wrinkled. I really hope I’m wrong about that.
