Great place for a great sleep!
Pros:

Had to book 3 rooms very last minute in Kings Lynn and was lucky enough to find this place. Helen was lovely and clear with check in information and the rooms were perfect for the three of us.

Cons:

The only thing that was a bit challenging was the car park being around the corner as we had so much camera equipment that we had to bring inside.

For an unplanned and impromptu stay, we were more than happy with.
Pros:

Booked on the spur of the moment with virtually no research. Was very pleased with the room and the facilities provided for the size of the room. Tea and coffee making facilities. A small fridge, hairdryer. Added bonus was the Live and Let Live pub was only a minute or two walk away.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like, though a quick lick of paint might just freshen the room up.

Great location, great parking and lovely room and a great place to eat nearby
Pros:

The room was very good. The only issue we had was other guests coming in from a night out at 3am forgetting there were other people asleep. 🥹 We found the provided ear plugs the next morning 🤔. The room was nice tea coffee etc provided in ample quantity. The quality of the kitchen was fantastic with everything you need provided .The stairs were hard for my 80 year old husband so the trek to the wash room was a challenge for him. Overall the owners work very hard to present a lovely place to stay at a great price. There is a fantastic pub nearby called The Gatehouse its a hungry horse one. Fantastic food and the staff are incredible. Oh and the parking is so easy and close too .

Cons:

Actually the only thing is the trek to the wash room which is on the next floor up. But as it stands this is a nice place to lay your head and enjoy a rest from travelling

Pros:

We were so grateful to find these comvenient rooms at short notice, not too far away from the historic centre of King's Lynn. Helen was very helpful getting us in and allowing some flexibility with check out the next day. Everything was very clean and though the room was quite small it had everything we needed. The kitchen was convenient with essential supplies.

Pros:

Stanza ampia ed arredata con cura. Presenza del mini frigo molto apprezzata . Letto comodo. Pratico il self check-in. Ottima comunicazione con l'host: Helen risponde prontamente e con estrema gentilezza. Ampia e moderna la cucina in comune. Il parcheggio gratuito è a due minuti a piedi e non è stato un problema neanche con i bagagli.

Cons:

Unico inconveniente il bagno ensuite raggiungibile con 5 gradini ripidi in discesa che possono risultare un problema soprattutto nelle alzate notturne.

i had a lovely time and a lovely sleep, good prices and not to far from town centre, overall i enjoyed it and would book

Central location, easy to access

Cons:

Scruffy room (eg marked walls), the bed was pushed up against one wall in a ‘superior’ room, cheap synthetic soft furnishings. It reminded me of student halls/ an institution. Poor value for £100.
