Отличное место. В номере есть кофе и небольшой холодильник. Также в номере проигрыватель винила, есть пластинки для прослушивания. Кондиционер, был во время жары, это было мне важно. Интересное решение с окном в душевой 🚿😈
Да вроде как и не было того что мне не понравилось.
Location is amazing. 15mins walk to all the major city attractions and walking distance to Maria Hilfer Strasse. I liked the concept and design of the hotel. Very cool and urban.

Sehr tolles Frühstücksbuffet, alles was man auch für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht (und mehr...), nettes Personal. Gewisse warme Speisen werden auf Bestellung bereit gemacht.
Zimmer sehr orgininell, der Industrie-Chique gefällt vielleicht nicht allen, uns hat es sehr gefallen. Zimmer auch sehr praktisch eingerichtet.
Speisebereiche im hinteren Teil etwas schwach und gewöhnungsbedürftig beleuchtet. Besonders für Frühstück ungeeignet. Generell Beleuchtung in den dunklen Bereichen (Korridore/Liftbereich) manchmal verwirrend bis überfordernd.
ONE OF my favourite hotels. A must if you spend any time in vienna. Loved the playful reception & dining areas. Great room with large comfortable bed and fantastic shower. Great view from the rooftop bar.

One night in the city with friends. Very nice hotel, located not far from a large shopping street, right in the center, not far from the market and the museum area. Nice and luxurious room, comfortable beds, air conditioning, good wifi throughout the hotel, very nice reception staff, very pleasant rooftop seating area, varied and good breakfast. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.
Great location, nice breakfast variety.
Upon check-in, I asked the receptionist to add breakfast for 3 people. I also requested to pay for both the rooms and the breakfasts at the same time. Next morning, when we went for breakfast, we were told that breakfast wasn't booked. I spoke to the receptionist, explained that the room rate was supposed to be approx. €400, but I had paid around €460 the previous day. I asked whether that total made sense if it included breakfast for three people. She confirmed that it did, explaining that breakfast costs €19 per person.
Upon check-out, the very same receptionist told me that I needed to pay an additional €200 because one of our 2ooms wasn't paid for. I showed her that I had already paid approximately €460 the day before, which covered both rooms and the 3 breakfasts. She was very rude and insisted that one of the rooms had not been paid for. She then claimed that I had not actually made a payment, but that Booking.com had only secured the amount as a pre-authorisation, which would later be refunded, and that I therefore needed to pay another €200.
I was 100% sure that I had already paid the correct amount. After checking again, she changed her explanation and said that she could now see the rooms had been paid for, but that the breakfasts wasn't, and that I therefore needed to pay an additional €60. I showed her that, according to my Booking.com reservation, the rooms alone cost around €400, and she herself had previously confirmed that breakfast was €19 per person.
She continued arguing with me and started talking about Booking.'s commission, which was completely irrelevant. Throughout the conversation, she remained rude and never apologized, even after it became clear that I had indeed paid for the rooms and that it was not a pre-authorisation, as she had claimed. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. There was no genuine apology and no attempt to make things right.
