The room was very comfortable and modern, the service was very attentive, the decor is very cool. Bathroom was comfortable and packed with what we needed.
The a/c was difficult to control and to keep at a cold temperature. The shower in the room we were in was not draining properly. We didn't mentioned it since we stayed for 2 nights and we could manage. Also, we went to the rooftop bar because we were told they had some food, got there and they said they didn't have any. It was the FIFA finals and a Sunday.

Was für ein tolles Konzept - allein das macht jedem Musikfreund schon Spaß. Dazu die wunderbare Lage inmitten der Stadt, die von Highlights nur so strahlt und von denen die meisten fußläufig sind. Toll, toll, toll!

Jaz in the City is a fantastic hotel with an unbeatable location right in the heart of Vienna, within walking distance of everything the city has to offer.
The hotel’s stylish and unique concept is both creative and exceptionally well executed. The facilities are excellent, and the rooftop terrace with its bar is simply amazing—a vibrant and relaxing place to enjoy the city.
The rooms are modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed. During our stay, we experienced two different room layouts. We especially preferred the rooms where the bed is positioned against the wall, as they feel much cozier. We will definitely request this room type on our next visit.
What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely service-minded. Whether it was keeping the breakfast buffet well stocked, showing guests around, or offering assistance whenever needed, the level of care and professionalism was exceptional. Thank you for your kindness and outstanding hospitality.
The hotel also offers convenient parking facilities just next to the property, making it an excellent choice for travelers arriving by car.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Great stylish place to stay in the trendy Mariahilf district. A bit outside of the historic centre and therefore feels like a real neighbourhood, which I quite liked. Comfortable bed, very clean, good wifi. Excellent breakfast buffet. Definitely recommended.
I had my bike with me and received some conflicting messages about the availability of bicycle parking. Rooms are cleaned upon request only, which is fine, but that means water and coffee pods are not replenished daily either. These are small quibbles. I had a great stay and will definitely return.
