The air conditioner didn’t work so well in cold mode
The location was great, room was clean and the breakfast was great.
The air conditioning DOES NOT WORK or they purposefully turn off the cooling. There was air blow but it was clearly not chilled.
There is no thermostat but a simple +/- degree Celsius (see attached photo). They claim that you can adjust the temperature and the +/- refers to the ambient temperature outside. I estimate that my room temperature was 25-26C inside but because of no thermostat I can’t be sure. Their decision to have that system is deliberate so they can throttle your cooling/heating and save energy.
I asked them to turn it on and they said “that’s how European AC is”. They suggested I open the window but sadly the window only opens 10cm (see picture). I asked them to send someone to remove the safety part so I can open it fully and they once again lied that Austrian rules demand windows be open like that so that people don’t kill themselves.
So I had to sleep with the window open and be awoke every 0600 because of outside noise.
I short it temperature control is important for you do not book this hotel. Their system is deliberately set up this way.

Am Abend keine Möglichkeit zum in Ruhe essen nur in der überlauten Rooftop Bar.
Hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring the city of Vienna. Staff were very friendly and so helpful. Decor is cool and the rooftop bar is a brilliant place to enjoy a drink after a day of sightseeing. The view is great too. Can not fault the hotel at all.

Das Frühstück war gut und auch das Personal war sehr gut. Die Bar war hervorragend.
Die Klimaanlage ist ein keine Klimaanlage. Zwischen Bar und Balkon gibt es keinen Sichtschutz, sehr unangenehm.
Das nicht saubermachen aus Klimagründen finde ich einen Witz. Denn der Preis ist deshalb nicht weniger.

Ausgezeichnete Lage und stylisches Hotel
W-LAN Nutzung nur durch Anmeldung an „H Rewards“ Bonusprogramm möglich. Zudem ist das Lichtkonzept nicht durchdacht, da Bad- und Wohnbereich nicht separat steuerbar sind.
Localização ok. Não é tão perto das atrações principais mas, é possível ir a pé, em cerca de 20 minutos.
Quarto bom. Atendimento muito bom!
Hotel legal para jovens e quem gosta de música.
Um pouco barulhento pra quem não gosta pois tem um bar com balada no térreo do hotel.
Preço. Poderia ser mais barato pra ter um custo X benefício melhor!
