Location, pretty rooms, comfortable beds, I liked the record player.
Nothing
This is facing the beach, the rooms are pretty and clean. Dog friendly for an extra fee.
It is a little pricey.
Location! Beautiful views of Vineyard Sound, Martha’s Vineyard, and the marina. The staff! Everyone is incredibly friendly, and I love that many of them come from all over the world. The convenience of the “Little Blue” coffee and pastry truck on site.
The bathroom is very small, but the spacious room makes up for it.
The prices at the “Little Blue” truck were high.
Great location and view. Coffee truck was cute.
The staff generally seemed inexperienced, confused, and absent during the booking and check-in process. The parking system is confusing, and it took 5 minutes of driving around to figure out they had assigned me an inaccessible parking spot (blocked in by 2 other cars).
In fact, the only proactive interaction we had during our whole stay was after they seemed suspicious we weren’t paying guests, and made us confirm our room number and last name while our kids played in the sand.
Location and clean.
Parking was a little difficult due to breakfast truck in the lot
I am not a beach person but it was a thrill to look out the sliding glass door and watch the bay lapping at the shore forty feet from us. Also a decent turntable and some old vinyl records, a Nespresso machine, and Malin & Goetz toiletries in the bathroom. The heating and cooling system was great, the beds were great, the curtains were great, and even though we could see the gentle waves, the sound was muffled. There were lounge chairs on the beach, a rooftop deck, and a life raft to swim to.
They were very strict about not letting us check in a half hour early on Sunday afternoon. The parking space for Room 10 require a wiggle to the left and a careful 180 in order to back out and getting our suitcases in and out of the room required a hop over wet landscaping strip or dragging them through gravel six spaces down to the concrete walkway and six parking spaces back. If you have to check in after 3 and be out by 10, there won't be much need for the beach.
SO APPRECIATED UPGRADE! Comfy bed and room! Played records, enjoyed the beach, yummy caramels and coffee, went to Pickle Jar for super breakfast
Can’t think of a thing
Direkte Strandlage. Man hört im Bett liegend das Wellenrauschen.
Sehr ruhig gelegen und damit perfekt zum entspannen geeignet.
Das Bad ist etwas zu klein.
Location
Resort fee- for what?
Beautifully decorated, clean rooms with balconies overlooking the water. We came out of season so there were no facilities but it was a nice peaceful place to stay with Falmouth shops and restaurants a short drive away.
Fabulous location right on the seafront with amazing views. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Incredibly clean with fresh decor.
Kitchenette had no utensils, crockery or cutlery but did have a microwave which we found rather odd.
Light switch for the lights above the beds was too far away. An additional bedside table would be handy.
The rooms looked right out a private beach filled with sand, and cobblestones. The rooms had a small screened window which allowed us to hear the waves crashing on to the land in the evening. The roof top was an added addition allowing for greater views in comfort.
We went during off season, so not all amenities were available. For example the complimentary bikes were not available. We did however rent E-Bikes from EZELECTRICRIDE.COM, a nearby vendor who delivered the bikes to our door.
The hotel is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach and has glorious views of the local coastline. It is tastefully and appropriately decorated and provides a good level of comfort. We enjoyed our stay and found it convenient for a trip to Woods Hole and on to Martha's Vineyard.
No provision during the off season for the ability to buy food or hot drinks.
The location and the view from the room were exceptional. The service was very friendly and helpful. And, the rates were very fair.
Zeer comfortabele bedden, fijne sfeer en goede koffie op de kamer!
