Cons:

Termostatstyring av romtemperatur fungerte ikke! Det var kun to innstillinger, +16 grader eller + 22 grader. Inneklimaet og romtemperaturen var under enhver kritikk!Blandebatteriet (varmt/kaldtvann) var defekt så badekaret på balkongen var totalt ubrukelig. Valgte å oppdatere fra standard room til dette deluxerommet for å få denne fasiliteten! Tross klager, viste hotellets betjeningen på en arrogant og ignorerende måte og unnlot å besvare min henvendelse om å få avkorting i prisen. Thb 2590 er aldeles for dyrt hensyntatt fasilitetene og beliggenhet!! Selv bruker jeg ALLTID Booking.com og er fornøyd og har reist Jorden rundt. Dette hotellet ER absolutt blant de dårligste hotellopphold jeg har erfart gjennom svært mange år! Om mulig; skygg unna, dette hotellet!Betjeningen er absolutt ikke seriøst interessert i å behandle kunder på en genuin og god måte!

Pros:

​Tolle Aussicht, super Pool – mit kleinen Schwächen beim Frühstück
​Wau, was für ein schönes Hotel! Ein absolutes Highlight ist das erstklassige Schwimmbad im 7. Stock. Leider konnten wir wegen eines Sturms nicht auf dem Dach abendessen.
​Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind wirklich schön. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Cons:

Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte für die Zukunft:
​Kaffee im Zimmer: Es gab leider nur löslichen Kaffee mit Zucker. Ich trinke meinen Kaffee ausschließlich ohne Zucker – eine ungesüßte Option wäre super.
​Frühstück: Das Frühstück war an sich gut, allerdings waren alle warmen Speisen leider kalt. Als kleiner Tipp: Elektrische Wärmebehälter (Chafing Dishes) mit integriertem Heizelement und Thermostat würden helfen, die gekochten Gerichte konstant warmzuhalten

Pros:

This was the 2nd time staying at the property, the 1st time was a very enjoyable stay. Very little was different to 1st time.
Tried the coffee shop this time, a very nice spot for a morning cuppa and a snack. Prices were reasonable for a rssort setting.

Cons:

A few little niggles, not enough to detract from the stay.
The room this time had the balcony enclosed as a desk area. Could not sit outside and enjoy the view. There is also no switch to turn off the outside balcony light at night.
The air con is controlled by a wall switch, no remote, but even turning the temperature up and the fan to lowest, it was still quite chilly.
When you eat at the restaurant the drinks come from the cafe. When paying by card it's a nuisance that they want the drinks paid separately.
As I said, little things.

Alles. Tolles Design, geschulte Mitarbeiter, komfortabel, leckeres Essen.
