Das Amanti hat fast alle meine Ansprüche erfüllt. Allein aufgrund der fantastischen Küche würde ich wieder in das Amanti
Pros:

Das Amanti Hotel besticht beim eintreten durch die wunderschöne Lobby mit den stilvollen Möbeln und den Blick zu dem mit Palmen u diversen Grünpflanzen umsäumten Pool. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet mit Espressomaschine und einem großen Balkon.
Das Badezimmer ist komplett verglast kann jedoch mit einem Rollo abgetrennt werden.
Das Bett ist sehr bequem.
Die Kulinarik im Amanti, egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen ist fantastisch. Immer frische Produkte, gerade das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Abendessen wurde als Buffett mit frischen, hochwertigen kleinen Portionen präsentiert mit täglich wechselnden Speisen aus verschiedenen Ländern. Die Qualität erstklassig. Der Service absolut bemüht und freundlich .
Der Poolbereich ist außergewöhnlich. Die Liegen sehr bequem, werden jeden Tag mit großen Handtüchern und zwei Wasserflaschen in Kühltasche bestückt. Gut gefallen hat mir dass der Poolservice für den gesamten Aufenthalt zwei Liegen fest reserviert und es nicht möglich ist eigenständig Liegen zu besetzen.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich, vorallem die Sauna ist sehr klein.
Die Bettdecke auf meinem Bett fand ich qualitativ nicht hochwertig. Sie war für mich nicht angenehm.
Die Bettwäsche wirkte etwas grau , hatte kein strahlendes weiß.
Leider wurde innerhalb einer Woche vom Reinigungsteam nicht festgestellt, dass das Waschbecken im Bad nicht richtig abgelaufen ist.

Superb Stay with Excellent Service and Beautiful Amenities
Pros:

Room & Design: The room we stayed in was modern, beautiful, and very comfortable, and the overall hotel design is luxurious and upscale. Service: The entire staff treated us wonderfully and was always happy to help from the moment we arrived. Dining: Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, and we especially appreciated that drinks were included with dinner at no extra cost. Pool Area: The pool area is spacious and beautifully designed, and receiving chilled water bottles at the entrance was a great bonus.

Cons:

The outdoor pool was quite cold for this time of year. Heating it slightly would make a big difference for guests wanting to swim.

אחלה מקום למנוחה, חווית שירות מעולה
Pros:

הארוחות היו מעולות, עם מבחר גדול וטרי, במיוחד ארוחת בוקר. מודה מאד למקום שהלך מעל ומעבר לעשות התאמות לאחותי שהייתה עם מגבלות תזונתיות, ודאגו לה לארוחות במיוחד בשבילה. רמת התשומת לב לפרטים במקרה המיוחד הזה הייתה מאד מורגשת, ולגמרי עשה את החופשה שלנו לרמה אחת מעל!
בנוסף חשוב לי גם להדגיש את חווית השירות בבריכה, שכל הזמן הסתובבו ודאגו לכל הצרכים. זה שמשריינים את המיטות לכל החופשה זה בונוס נהדר!

Cons:

המסעדה אימנסו - האוכל לא היה מאד טעים, ומנות קטנות, שירות איטי. הארוחה בערב ואין מספיק תאורה, זה היה כמעט לאכול בחושך ולנחש מה אנחנו אוכלות. בסוף מצאנו את עצמנו יורדות לחדר אוכל הרגיל אחרי המסעדה [וראינו שלא היינו היחידות].
באופן כללי, הרגיש שבמסעדות/חדר אוכל היו חסרים להם אנשי צוות, וזה גרם לשירות איטי.
האמבטיה בחדר לא הייתה נקייה מספיק כשהגעתי, ביקשתי שינקו שוב וזה טופל. בנוסף אין בידוד טוב בין הזכוכית במקלחת לרצפה ככה שכל פעם שהתקלחתי נוצרה שלולית.
