Guest Reviews
Hotel is always clean, comfortable and guests are always polite. Love the assorted pillows they give you on the beds
Nothing
Convenient clean comfortable- all we needed for a night
Everything
The pool close to early
Property was clean, convenient and price was one of the best at this last minute reservation.
I needed a couple electrical outlets by the bed and the only kind your could use was this little usb plug. I use a Cpap so that didn’t work. I needed to crawl under the nightstand to locate a real plug. Please add more/better outlets to the room. The breakfast was the typical eggs, toast and fruit - nothing spectacular but it worked.
Breakfast wasn't good
Location was excellent to for the Allstate Arena
could have a trow rugs by beds
This was our 5th stay at avid hotel in Des Plaines, and once again they came through for us! We normally stay here the night before our trips to Europe, but this time we ended up needing them after our flight was canceled and the airline lost both of our bags.
Nothing to complain about!
Kahvaltı seçenekleri gayet uygun. Sadece cereal seçenekleri eskiden daha fazla idi. Ayrıca kahvaltı alanında bazen yoğunluk yaşanabiliyor. Sanırım 4. konaklamamızdı. Chicago seyahatlerimizde ailemle birlikte severek kalıyoruz. Personel her zaman yardımcı oluyor. Özellikle Wayena'ya özel teşekkür etmek isterim.
Yok diyebilirim. Sadece downtown'a sık gidecekseniz trafik yoğunluğu nedeniyle biraz uzak sayılabilir.
