Het hotel heeft een fantastische ligging, dicht bij alle toeristische attracties. Er is een ruime parkeerplaats met een brede in- en uitgang, wat zeldzaam is in Spanje. Het ontbijt is erg goed, met een ruime keuze voor ieder wat wils.

Cons:

Het ontbreken van terraspanelen zorgt voor een gebrek aan privacy. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras op de leidingen en de omringende muur is onaantrekkelijk. Een rookverbod op het terras en het concentreren van rokers op één plek is geen goede oplossing.

Do que eu esperava do hotel foi decepcionante...
Pros:

O pequeno almoço foi normal, a localização é boa para aceder à margem ribeirinha de Gaia.

Cons:

O hotel cobrou 50€ a mais como fiança não sei de quê, nem para quê e disse que seriam devolvidos, mas até agora, nada. O hotel é demasiado escuro sem acesso a luz natural e, como fica numa estrada a subir, os carros e as motos fazem barulho à noite. O funcionamento das luzes do quarto são um enigma, quer se ligar uma desliga-se tudo ou vice-versa...

Location was good

Cons:

Room location was near the lift and road noise. Was relocated to another room which was was disabled. Water in sink set to cold and tap was sensor based and difficult to operate .

L'accoglienza, la camera, la gentilezza del personale, la colazione si....la granola e la pastel de nata, la palestra ben attrezzata e fresca, lo SPA: ho fatto il massaggio profondo della musculatura, dopo tantissime passeggiate in Porto. - consigliatissimo.!!! Sono molto belli gli spazi comuni, comodissimi i divanetti.

L'aria condizionata negli spazi comuni, se stavo molto ferma, sentivo freddo.

Really nice hotel, negative points are just details but overall really nice, nice decoration, GOOD BEDS! will come back

It is not that it is something I really did not like about the Hotel, but to point out is, that they need to take care of the room (door handle a bit loose, bit of mold in the shower, etc.) small details but important.
same for cleaning under the bed, so much dust, sometimes the cleaning staff need to move the bed to clean under it.
