飯店位置極佳，從日比谷線的3b出口，可以搭乘電梯，轉彎即到飯店，完全不需要拿行李爬樓梯；飯店空間比想像小，無法同時打開2個28吋行李箱；雙人床鋪尺寸稍小、枕頭及床墊都是屬於偏軟型。
飯店人員服務極佳，幾乎每個人都會中文，溝通方便；8/23東京地震導致停水，飯店迅速處理。
公寓式飯店，設備十分齊全，冰箱容量也夠大，如有興趣自己煮，鍋碗瓢盆皆備。

De lift en de hal

Over de kamer zelf waren we ontzettend tevreden: deze was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Helaas hebben we wel een vervelende ervaring gehad met de lift.

We kwamen vast te zitten in de lift en het trappenhuis bleek niet toegankelijk, omdat dit alleen in geval van nood gebruikt mag worden. Vooral in de zomer is het bovendien erg warm in zowel de lift als de hal. Voor mij was dit extra spannend en ik kreeg op dat moment even paniek.

We hebben lange tijd op de noodbel gedrukt voordat er uiteindelijk iemand van de receptie kwam om ons te helpen. Gelukkig is het uiteindelijk goed afgelopen, maar het was absoluut geen prettige ervaring.

De kamer was echt top, maar de situatie rondom de lift en de toegankelijkheid van het trappenhuis vind ik wel een belangrijk aandachtspunt voor het hotel. Zeker wanneer een lift uitvalt of iemand hierin vast komt te zitten, zou het fijn zijn als er een snelle en duidelijke alternatieve route beschikbaar is.

Pros:

距離上野車站大約10分鐘內的步行距離，房間乾淨舒適且安靜。淋浴間的空調設備有乾燥功能，晚上洗衣服，隔天早上衣服就乾了，省去回家後還要洗衣服的麻煩。
