Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are very good, especially the spa area and gym. The cleaning ladies were lovely and worked very hard to keep everything clean. The hotel is great for families and has a very relaxing atmosphere, with nice music playing in the background. The outdoor swimming pool has plenty of space and is not too deep, which makes it great for children. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Some parts of the hotel looked a little outdated, especially the corridors. However, overall there wasn’t really anything I disliked about my stay.

Pekný hotel, krásne prostredie hotela.

Cons:

Bola nám pridelená namiesto izby Deluxe(53 štvorcových metrov)) mala izba(31 štvorcových metrov), odpoved bola, že je hotel vypredaný, popri tom, v čase keď som hotel objednávala, boli všetky izby voľné. V rámci týždňa prisli aj nový hostia. Absolútny nezáujem o riešenie problému. Od Hotela Mövenpick som odcakavala omnoho viac, pretože to nie je môj prvý hotel tohoto reťazca.
