Perfect weekend getaway for relaxation and rest.
Pros:

The room was super comfortable and clean. I loved that I was able to schedule a manicure and pedicure in the hotel.

Cons:

The property was fine but once you stepped away from the property, there was trash everywhere. Not Mövenpick’s fault but really sad to see such a beautiful place so disrespected.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider war das Restaurant deutlich unterbesetzt, sodass wir sowohl bei der Bestellung als auch später bei der Rechnung sehr lange warten mussten.
Das Zimmer war sauber und die Reinigung wurde sehr gründlich durchgeführt.
Das Frühstück war super. Es gab eine sehr grosse Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.

Cons:

Leider war das Restaurant deutlich unterbesetzt, sodass wir sowohl bei der Bestellung als auch später bei der Rechnung sehr lange warten mussten.
Bei der Zimmerübergabe wurde uns gesagt, dass alles im Zimmer kostenlos sei, ausser der Minibar. Im Nachhinein mussten wir jedoch für die bereitgestellten Nüsse einen ziemlich hohen Betrag bezahlen. Das war enttäuschend, da dies vorher anders kommuniziert wurde.
Die Liegestühle am Strand waren zwar im Preis inbegriffen, allerdings waren die Liegestühle in der ersten und zweiten Reihe fast immer reserviert, sodass man kaum die Möglichkeit hatte, dort einen freien Platz zu bekommen.

Kényelmes volt az ágy, ez az egyetlen pozitívuma

Cons:

Nem egy 5 csillagos hotel, a képek régiek. Nem volt tiszta a szoba, a 4 napból 2x takarítottak. A személyzet egyáltalán nem volt kedves, nem mosolyogtak, az étteremben is alig beszélnek angolul. A hotel strandja koszos és nem volt karbantartva. A hotel medencéje nem csak a hotelé volt, hanem egy lakónegyed közepén mindenkié aki ott volt. A fitness terem elhanyagolt a hotelben és a 2 evezőpad ami volt, az is törött volt. A beltéri medence hideg, és a falról jön le a dekoráció. Karbantartás 0. Ja, és a reggelinél bent macskák, reggeli tojásban 2x volt macskaszőr.

Warning, warning. Stay away.
Disappointing stay – far from 5-star standard
We came directly from a great stay at Hotel Emerald (5 stars) in Kosovo and were looking forward to seven nice days at Mövenpick. Unfortunately, the disappointment began from the very first metre into the hotel and our first encounter with the staff.
On its own website (Lura), the hotel is presented as an "upscale, relaxed and uncomplicated guest experience," a "fairy-tale getaway" in "premium scenery," promising "an unmatched quality of hospitality" and "lasting memories by doing ordinary things in an extraordinary way." Our experience was the exact opposite, and the photos on the site give a misleading impression of a well-maintained hotel.
I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but there were so many issues during our stay that I feel it's necessary to share them:
Service: Consistently poor. Several staff members were rude, disengaged, and appeared to have little understanding of basic hospitality.
Fitness centre: Largely out of order – none of the three treadmills worked. The gym in the round building in front of the hotel had equipment that looked decades old, with no way to clean it after use.
Pool area: The outdoor pool was poorly maintained – loose tiles and water so murky you couldn't see your feet. Large amounts of glue, grout, and mosaic tiles had been dumped directly into the nature surrounding the hotel. The playground by the pool was in a dangerous, dilapidated state, with sharp metal remnants and debris that should have been removed long ago.
Food: Consistently poor quality. The risotto contained canned chicken cubes, and the bruschetta was soft, unappetising bread that had clearly never seen a grill. The food was so unpleasant that we ended up eating at the neighbouring hotel instead.
Birthday cake incident: We paid 25 euros for a cake to be served at breakfast for our son's 7th birthday.
