Disappointing. Not as described in information
Pros:

The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable

Cons:

There were many things not available eg some menu options, kids activities, spa working, service less than expected

It is really a good hotel but needs some improvements
Pros:

Staff is nice and friendly. Very tasty food. Breakfasts generally are the same but nice.

Cons:

I didn’t expect so uncomfortable SPA. It is the place that is famous as one of the best SPA in the region. How can it be so uncomfortable steel stairs in inside pool??? Elderly people literally can’t use it. There are broken wooden sits in dry sauna, and it wasn’t repaired during days. There is metallic lighter in the sauna, that makes burns on the body if accidentally touched.
The gym really needs reparations, there no even dumbbells in the gym.

Die Mitarbeiter waren grundsätzlich nett

Cons:

- Das Hotel ist NICHT in Durres - Durres ist (mit Auto) in etwa so weit weg wie Tirana von Lalez... In Lalez gibts leider nicht viel zu tun und das Hotel bietet nicht wirklich Entertainement. Fazit: Ohne Auto ist man verloren..
- Der Strand ist weit weg... man läuft ewig bis dahin.. und öffentlich. Es kommen allerlei Leute die nicht im Mövenpick übernachten und machen einem die Liegen strittig
- Der Aussenpool ist auch eine halbe Weltreise weit weg vom Hotelgelände... war trotz 30 Grad nicht geöffnet...
- Wir waren Ende Mai dort: Es scheint die Mitarbeiter wurden erst eingeschult. Konnten in vielen Dingen nicht wirklich Auskunft geben - zb wem die Karte gehörte die in unserem Zimmer eingesteckt (und vergessen?) war. Auf Anfrage ob es der Putzfrau gehört meinte sie: Nein das ist keine Karte aus unserem Hotel.. entweder ist das shady oder die junge Frau hatte noch keine Ahnung von der Materie..

Pros:

The facilities, the restaurant, and food was overall good. However, I am not able to forgive the hotel for what appeared as an attempt to break the record for the loudest music ever played. We were with a small child on a random Wednesday in April, not able to sleep until midnight from the loud music, sounds and base shaking the room. It did not even appear there was an event. Our complaints to the front desk were not being considered seriously. I was minutes away from leaving the hotel at midnight when the music finally stopped.

There were lacking some utilities in the bathroom (toothbrush).
