Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the experience felt closer to a comfortable country house hotel
Pros:

We enjoyed several aspects of our stay. The property is beautiful, the setting is peaceful, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
One of the highlights was dinner in the restaurant. The food was excellent and beautifully prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal.
Breakfast was pleasant, but not quite as exceptional as described. We also found the portions surprisingly modest for a hotel in this category. Service was friendly.

Cons:

The arrival experience was also more informal than expected, despite our having communicated our arrival time and restaurant request in advance.

Todo fue muy bien. Quizás el desayuno a la carta, aunque hecho al momento, hace que si hay mucha gente sea algo lento el servicio. En todo caso merece mucho la pena.
