スタジアムシティに行く目的（サッカー、バスケ観戦）にはドンピシャ
Pros:

スタジアムシティに近い。徒歩2分くらい。
めっちゃ綺麗、広さ十分。
ピーススタジアムでヴィッセル神戸の試合がある時は取らないでください。僕が取るので。

Cons:

チェックインがやや面倒。宿泊者全員分の記入がいるので事前にネットとかでできないかなー？とは思いました。

立地の割に値段が安いのと、快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

ネット環境が良かったのと、洗濯できてお風呂場で干すことができたこと！あと冷蔵庫には何もなかったですが、徒歩圏内にスーパーがあったので良かったです！

Cons:

チェックインが全員分の入力しないと行けない為、人数が多かったら入り口が狭い為大変でした。

場所、コスパ的に大満足！
Pros:

洗濯機がついていたので洗濯ができたことはもちろんですが、浴室乾燥がついていたので夜に洗濯して乾かすことができたのがとてもありがたかったです。
バス停、電停から近く、近くでレンタカーも借りることが出来たし、駅までも10分くらいで歩けたので行動しやすくありがたかったです

Cons:

基本的には満足だったのですが、ラップが空っぽだったのが残念でした。
お風呂に洗面器があると嬉しかったです。

Cons:

ゴミを捨てる場所が分かりにくいのと、人が不在の施設でありながらも、チャットや電話全てが繋がらなく、旅行の予定時間がある立場的には、タイムラグが不便で仕方ないです。せめて、電話対応ぐらい直ぐに出て欲しいです。
