La ubicación

Cons:

-Al llegar tienes un código QR para obtener tu llave, pero ese código no abre la puerta principal, si llegas tarde no puedes entrar.
-El hotel se quedó sin wifi muchas horas y no hay personal a quien pedir ayuda.
- Tiene un teléfono de emergencias, pero nadie responde.

A cool hotel featuring a stunning lobby and bakery, requires skilled professional staff.

The look and feel of hotel is modern and edgy , the bakery is fabulous, the rooms are a good size .

Cons:

Upon arrival, my friend's port was frozen, hindering her from receiving a key. In summary, the wrong key was provided for a room that was already occupied. A staff member blamed my friend for the mistake, and this was handled in a manner that was both unprofessional and insufficient. Previously, my friend had commended and recommended the hotel, but she has now decisively stated that she would neither revisit nor support the hotel. This is regrettable, as this incident tainted the start of our stay.

I like self-service method for checkin in general, with the additional support of reception, if needed. hotel environment, design and general feeling was exceptional, to my liking. finally a bed, which was not too soft.

Generally a good place
Pros:

Staff is good and very helpful. The location is good too and there is good security

Cons:

Tv has only one language even in settings there was no option to select english, wifi had a problem, was welcomed by a not very pleasant smell when i entered the room

Excellent staff, hotel and bakery - on site!
Pros:

Excellent room - unique industrial hardcore design. The bakery for breakfast was fantastic - and you could take it up to the 4th floor roof terrace. Very friendly and very helpful staff. Very safe location

Cons:

It was absolutely fine for us but some people may find the 1/2 hour walk to the city centre a bit much.

Like the hotel, have been there before. It’s spacious, clean, comfortable.

Cons:

The check-in. We were doing with the new System and were assisted by a staff member. It turned out I had a card to the wrong room. When I came back to reception I was blamed that I had given the staff the wrong room number from the display of the digital check-in. First of all I and my friend clearly remember that the display was showing a room on 1st floor. And then how wrong can I read a number? If it would have been just a mistake of floor I may have understood, but I give her a number with change of place of all 3 digits? No way. The staff insisted that it was my mistake and really unfriendly. Last time I was in this hotel. What a shame.

Lever ikke op til markedsføring vedr. parkering, ladestander og chek-in.

Pga nedestående fravalgte jeg morgenmaden. Jeg følte mig snydt.

Cons:

I flg Booking.com skulle der der både være ladestander og fri parkering - men der var ingen af delene. Der er en offentlig P-plads i nærheden, hvor man kan være heldig at at finde en plads. Men det var der ikke til os. Der er så et nærliggende P-hus mod betaling. Selvom parkeringen var billig, så er det ikke det, jeg forstår ved et hotel med fri parkering. Samme med ladestandere. Det var der i P-huset, men kun for 4 timer - hvilket er upraktisk hvis man ankommer kl 22.
Indtjekningen var omstændig. Vi skulle udfylde formular med pas nr, fødselsdato m.m. som jo altsammen burde være tilgængelig via min online booking. På hotellets egen hjemmeside står der: "Chek-in and chek-out are super easy and quick via your smartphone".
