Wonderful Experience
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, very modern and cozy. And the location is super convenient for visitors, the start point for the cable car is only one block away from the hotel.

Stanza pulitissima, super tecnologica e strutturata molto accogliente e moderna.

We would stay here again because of location. But know what drawbacks we need to deal with if we do.

The rooms are tiny. Could only get in on one side of the king sized bed.
Trying to call the hotel to talk with someone is impossible.
Checking in is self check in only. Complicated to do, and get 2 keys.

A perfect stay — great location, a comfortable room, and an outstanding team that made me feel home
Pros:

A fantastic hotel — perfectly located right next to the BART station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The bed is very comfortable and the room is well-sized, ideal for solo travelers or couples.
The real highlight, though, is the staff. Everyone was wonderfully attentive and genuinely happy to help at any moment. A special thank you to the manager María and to Kitty — they made me feel completely at home. Truly exceptional people!
The breakfast is a proper meal, and the communal space for working or unwinding during happy hour is excellent. Highly recommend!

Small rooms, very modern, very high-tech, GRAE stylish, very friendly staff. For the price and for the area, it’s excell
Pros:

Ultra modern and high-tech and very clean. Rooms are small, but stylish. Very nice bar and lounge on the third floor.

Cons:

Pretty close to the tenderloin, and parking is expensive, but that’s kind of how it is in Union Square. Plus the parking garage is literally right next to the hotel.
