Nefungující fen. Po telefonátu do recepce následovala nulová reakce. Až poté co jsem přišla do recepce osobně, byla oprava sjednána.

We had a wonderful stay at CitizenM Miami. The hotel was great, the location was excellent, and the staff were absolutely amazing.

A special thank you to Mohamed El-Tounsi for his outstanding help and support, especially in assisting my wife throughout her stay. He was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whether she needed recommendations for places to visit, directions, or local information, Mohamed was always there with great suggestions and made everything much easier and more enjoyable for her.

His hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail really made a difference and made my wife feel very comfortable and well taken care of.

Thank you, Mohamed, for your exceptional support and for making her stay such a pleasant experience!

Todo impecable: personal, instalaciones, habitacion, servicios.
Pros:

El proceso del check in me parecio espectacular. Pudimos autogestionarlo desde la tablet y salio todo perfecto, igualmente tambien habia personal del hotel en caso de que tuvieramos algun inconveniente. Ademas, nos guardaron las valijas el dia del check out lo cual nos permitio disfrutar del dia completo.

Cons:

No hay nada que no me haya gustado realmente. Quizas puede ser "no tan comodo" el hecho de que la cama tenga salida al piso desde solo uno de los dos lados, pero es algo menor. La estadia fue excelente.
