Achtung: „Ultra All Inclusive" ist eine absolute Mogelpackung!
Leute ich schwöre, das ist meine allererste Bewertung welche ich je in meinem Leben über ein Hotel schreibe. Das Hotel hat bereits auf 2 Seiten meine Bewertung löschen lassen! Also liest euch das von mir genau jetzt durch, weil die Bewertung garantiert keine 2 Tage online bleiben wird, weil Elexus das wieder löschen lassen wird!!!
Ich habe dieses Hotel aufgrund der Beschreibung als „Ultra All Inclusive" gebucht, wurde vor Ort jedoch massiv enttäuscht. Das angebotene Konzept entspricht in keiner Weise dem internationalen Standard eines Ultra-All-Inclusive-Resorts. Sobald man sich an die Strandbar oder Aquaparkbar setzt, wird man für fast alle Getränke, heftig zur Kasse gebeten. Das ist irreführende Werbung und reine Abzocke!
Für Familien und Kinder ist dieses Hotel absolut ungeeignet. Am Abend gab es überhaupt kein Angebot oder Unterhaltungsprogramm, sodass es sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder extrem langweilig war. Zu allem Überfluss war die Aqua Snack Bar komplett geschlossen, obwohl die Nebensaison offiziell erst im November beginnt.
Wir haben vor Ort mehrere andere Familien kennengelernt, die genau das Gleiche berichtet haben. Auch bei der Sauberkeit und Hygiene im Zimmerbereich gibt es deutliche Mängel.
Wer ein echtes, entspanntes Premium-All-Inclusive-Erlebnis ohne versteckte Extrakosten und mit gutem Service für die Familie sucht, sollte dieses Hotel unbedingt meiden. Für mich grenzt das Angebot hier an Verbrauchertäuschung.
Nie wieder! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt nach 4 Tagen abgebrochen und haben für die restlichen 4 Tage keinen Cent zurückbekommen.
