Pros:

Pros:

По сравнению с прошлым годом видимо прошли изменения в системе управления. Увеличилось количество персонала и за счет этого увеличилось качество сервиса. Сняли ограничение по времени в детском клубе на батут, что очень порадовало. Ну и отдельного внимания заслуживает концепция питания - это выше всяких похвал. Огромный ассортимент, отличное качество. Мы были в восторге. Обязательно вернемся.

Pros:

Looks wonderful, new and fresh. Kids facilities were great, best slides ever. Lots of fun for kids!

Cons:

Bu yorumu yazarken amacım sadece şikâyet etmek değil; aksine, büyük umutlarla geldiğim bu tesisten beklediğimin çok altında bir deneyimle ayrılmanın yarattığı hayal kırıklığını açıkça ifade etmek. Daha önce Kıbrıs’taki birçok büyük tesiste konakladım ve burayı da yapılan olumlu yorumlara güvenerek tercih ettim. Ancak yaşadıklarımız, okuduğumuz yorumlarla maalesef hiçbir şekilde örtüşmedi.

Benim ve birlikte konakladığım diğer arkadaşlarımın yaşadığı sorunlar neredeyse birebir aynıydı.

En büyük problem klimalardı. Bu durum bize teknik bir arıza gibi değil, tamamen tasarruf amacıyla bilinçli olarak yapılan bir uygulama gibi hissettirdi. Restoranın hem açık hem kapalı alanları aşırı sıcak ve havasızdı; yemek yerken terlediğimiz oldu. Aynı şekilde akşam saat 21.00-22.00’den sonra lobide klimalar kapatılıyor, oda koridorları da çok sıcak oluyordu. Kıbrıs gibi sıcak bir bölgede bunun kabul edilebilir olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Günün sonunda lobide ya da açık alanlarda keyifle vakit geçirmek isterken, mecburen odamıza çıkmak zorunda kaldık.

Hafta sonu konser nedeniyle otel çok kalabalıktı. Ancak bu yoğunluğu yönetebilecek kapasiteniz maalesef yoktu. Plajlar ve iskeleler yetersizdi. Durumu ilettiğimizde bize “havuzu kullanabilirsiniz” denildi. Ben havuza yönlendirilmek istemiyorum; satın aldığım hizmeti plajda da aynı standartta alabilmek istiyorum.

İnsanların sabah erkenden gelip şezlonglarını ayırmasını anlayabilirim. Ama otelin yaklaşık 15 şezlongu “Reserved” tabelalarıyla kapatmasını anlayamam. Bunu sorduğumuzda ise böyle bir uygulamanızın olmadığı söylendi. Oysa elimizde fotoğraflar var ve bunu gören onlarca misafir de vardı. Yer bulamadığımız için iki gün pavilion kiralamak zorunda kaldık. Bunu lüks olsun diye değil, başka çaremiz olmadığı için yaptık. Ben ekstra ücret ödeyerek çözüm üretmek zorunda kalmamalıyım; sattığınız oda sayısına hizmet verebilecek kapasitede olmanızı beklerim.

Akşamları oturacak açık alan bulmak neredeyse imkânsızdı.

Отель чистый, территория самого отеля хорошо продумана, все очень красиво. Еда 100 из 100, есть даже замечательный диетический стол, для тех кто на диете. Если вы любит чтобы было вкусно, много, разнообразно, - это сюда. Хороший спорт зал и отличное спа, где есть профессиональные массажисты, а не просто люди в форме, которые гладят спину. Отель расположен обособленно и для поездок за его приделы нужен автомобиль, пешком гулять не выйдет.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The food quality was poor, with limited variety and several meals that did not taste fresh. In addition, the cleanliness standards were far below expectations. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and some common areas appeared dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of service and hygiene that I expected, and I would not recommend it.

VIP service. Excellent human relations. Tasty food. The people working at the pool bar are very good. The staff at the restaurant by the sea also have excellent and kind human relations. Only one thing I think is not good: the photographers working at the hotel, specifically their manager. I believe they take advantage and ask for unreasonable prices.
