Helpfull stuff even though there is only 1 person speaking english at the reception. The breakfast has many options and good.
There is a bad smell like smoke coming from the AC. The rooms facing the street are very noisy. I changed it with the one facing the courtyard. It was much better

Everything is perfect during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay in Hyatt Place in Jingdezhen. Highly recommend!
My room was modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious.
The air conditioning was set to heater mode although the maximum temperature reached 26 degrees celsius at times during my stay. The room was very hot and opening the balcony door did not help and allowed cigarette smoke to enter my room sometimes.
Good location to see many of the museums and other activities. Room was adequate, modern, and everything worked. Comfortable beds, good shower etc. Coffee and baguette at breakfast were delicious. This hotel could be SO much better with a bit of friendliness and joy instead of cheerless efficiency.
Staff were pretty indifferent and unsmiling at all times. I was surprised that they hadn't been trained better. I felt like I was an inconvenience for staying there. Ongoing construction on the street went on into the night - I asked for a quiet room when booking, but they didn't put us in one of the rooms away from the noise.....
very over priced for mediocre rooms, and less than good food. no atmosphere in the hotel at all
