Lovely staff, genuinely could not fault them. Room was peaceful, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of ch
Pros:

Staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. The room had a gorgeous view, all facilities were clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Despite being in the city centre, there was no noise in the room from outside which was great. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. 100% recommend and definitely would stay again.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Friendly staff, super breakfast, maybe need a few more staff?
Pros:

Very helpful staff when my husband arrived earlier than planned - he was able to check in much earlier than we'd expected. Friendly staff on reception and handyman came to fix a problem in the room after only about 20 mins. Breakfast was great - no problem getting a table, staff friendly and helpful and food selection excellent. This is my third stay at this Clayton and I will come again

Cons:

Room was all great on arrival day. Day 2 room was serviced but water/snacks not replaced. Day 3 the room was not serviced at all so we had no fresh water/biscuits, damp towels and ran out of loo paper on the morning of the day we were leaving.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Comfy beds, quick attention to the broken window handle and cupboard door, great breakfast selection.

Cons:

Window handle broke off when I tried to open it and cupboard door handle was hanging off. Had to ask for the maintenance guy to fix. Tried to order room service by calling 0 but either got no answer or a person who kept asking how they could help when I'd asked for room service! In the end had to get help from daughter to order via the app.

Genial experiencia
Pros:

Ubicación. Trato del personal. Limpieza.

Cons:

En una estancia de 8 días tuvimos que pedir 4 días distintos que nos hicieran la habitación. Siendo un hotel con más de 15 plantas, el servicio de limpieza no debería irse a las 15h cuando dejan habitaciones sin limpiar.
