Clean, comfortable and central

Cons:

You need to remove parking from list of facilities, as the hotel doesn't have onsite parking. There is parking across the road but it is expensive and not very safe - unfortunately we picked based on parking being listed as a facility and ended up having to empty out our roof bag because your own staff said it wouldn't be safe to leave it on the car in that car park.

Air conditioning does not work. It shuts down once room hits 19, which is useless because then it gets hot again and you have to try turn it on again. Windows don't open at all so it was very stuffy.

Very noisy at night, to be expected in a city centre to some degree but given we staid midweek I was surprised by level of night club noise.

Returned for second stay, very good value for money. Good location.
Pros:

Convenient location, easy access to trams. Hotel clean and well equipped room and a decent bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good value breakfast - plenty of choice.
