Excellent stay
Pros:

The Clayton Hotel in Manchester is absolutely terrific. The location is perfect, so close to all amenities. The breakfast in the hotel is lovely, the staff are all so helpful, especially Nikita.

The location and the staff

Cons:

Thier is no handsoup in the toilet.
The AC is centralised once it reaches the cooling level it will shutdown and then u need to open it again. It's very inconvenient at night when u have to wake up many times to keep switching on the AC.
The general cleaning of the room need to be improved.

Amazing experience
Pros:

We stayed in the Manchester location and shahbaz gave us amazing customer service he even upgraded our room from a double to king with no extra charge he was a friendly and welcoming face to have at the front desk he makes me want to come again :)

10/10 hotel stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel, perfect location in the city centre, beds are incredibly comfy such a good night's sleep cant here any noise through the night! Hotel and rooms always very clean and smell lovely with a lovely atmosphere. We come here every time we have a stay in Manchester and highly recommend! Good prices too breakfast included in the price cannot fault it. We had a lovely staff member called Nikita who helped us with any food requests and was very polite and welcoming.

Ideal city location. Would certainly visit again
Pros:

Really great location, also right next to an easy to book NCP car park. Perfect for visiting the city. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and we didn’t get any noise transference from other rooms.
