Good quality hotel, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good.
In room safe didn’t work, I asked for it to be sorted out, was promised that it would be but nothing happened!!!
I liked everything about the hotel. The location was perfect and close to the shops bars and restaurants. Easy check in. Very helpful staff at reception. Wonderful breakfast lots of choice and very tasty. The beds were so comfortable had the best night's sleep
The only thing I didn't like was there was no fridge in the room which I found unused as it's a standard thing in most hotels these days. Even in a basic hotel room

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
From the moment I arrived, I couldn’t find anyone to help with my luggage. Even worse, I was asked to take the luggage trolley by myself, both on my arrival and again when I checked out.
The cleanliness was also below standard. I returned to my room several times and found that it had not been vacuumed properly. In addition, the reception staff were not helpful at all—they often did not answer calls and repeatedly said they were busy and that there was no concierge service available.
To make matters worse, there was no refrigerator in the room. This was a serious inconvenience because my mother needs to keep her medication injections refrigerated.
The air conditioning was also poor. It kept shutting off by itself, making the room uncomfortable, and despite reporting the problem, nothing was done to fix it.
Finally, despite informing the hotel in advance about our stay, they did not prepare anything or make any arrangements before our arrival.
Overall, the service, cleanliness, and facilities were far below my expectations, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The min temperature in the room was set at 19 degrees, which was way too hot for a very hot evening, with no available windows to open!
