A pleasant experience that could have been a tad better.
Pros:

The room, the staff, and thw view.

Cons:

The window could not crack-open and we didn't have any fresh air in the room at all. Furthermore, there was no toilet brush.

Good location- communication could be better
Pros:

Cons:

Breakfast was booked but I was stopped on two days to check my payment at entry station. It was tedious and the lost should have been updated rather than embarrass us

Good location, friendly staff and great breakfast.
Pros:

It was very central, just a short walk to St Peter’s Square. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The hair dryer didn’t work but the staff replaced it almost immediately. Excellent customer service.
