Pros:

The location was wonderful and walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping. I was able to walk to Acropolis in 20 minutes or so. Nice trek up the hills, great workout.

Cons:

I am used to city noise living in. SF. If you were a light sleeper, the room I was in was noisy due to the alleyway having a restaurant down below. Also, I can hear doors slamming from neighboring rooms that rattled my door.

Great location.
Pros:

We stayed here twice. The first week of our time in Greece and the last 2 days before flying home. We were so pleased that we had made the plans to stay in the same place as we loved the location and access to restaurants and shopping.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

The area around L"Avventura Athens looks sketchy but don't let that stop you, it's an old city with lots of graffiti. We are an older couple and at no time did we feel uncomfortable. The hotel is a short walk from Monastraki Square, no need for a taxi. Just mind the missing cobblestones! The breakfast is generous and all of the staff were delightful and helpful. We stayed here at both ends of our trip and were so glad we found this spot. And as others have noted, there is an excellent fish restaurant right outside the front door, give it a try. Another short walk away are many restaurants offering all kinds of food.

Cons:

We used the laundry service that the hotel offered and were not happy. The clothes returned to us rolled up and wrinkled.
We did mention this at check out so hopefully they have found another service provider.

Definitiv eine Empfehlung von uns!
Pros:

Es war toll. Super Lage und schöne, moderne Unterkunft. Alles in Gehdistanz erreichbar.
Meine Mutter ist vegan und glutenfrei und beim Frühstück gab es auch für sie immer ein super leckeres Essen. Das Frühstück war sowieso next level. Wir haben es geliebt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Cons:

Das Zimmer dürfte noch etwas besser gereinigt werden vor allem der Balkon war mit viel Blätter und staub versehen.

Schönes kleines Hotel im Herzen Athens mit tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, großer Balkon, gute Klimaanlage. Trotz der Lage mitten im Geschehen haben wir drei erholsame und ruhige Nächte im Hotel verbracht.
Super Frühstück vom Buffet und - im Preis enthalten - am la carte. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir kommen wieder.

Muchas cosas. Recepción con personal poco profesional trabajando allí, por ejemplo una pinza del pelo encima del mostrador el día que me iba que una de las chicas se había dejado ahí encima y no le molestó que estuviera .
el desayuno solo te permiten un vaso de zumo de naranja, muy pequeño, con hielo dentro con lo cual termina diluido en agua, y uno de los días que subí a las ocho, como había mucha gente, no les daba tiempo a reponer, faltaba de todo, y además era muy difícil acceder a las cosas porque el espacio es muy reducido. El precio del desayuno es de 15 € salvo que preparan para todos los días entonces te lo dejan a 12 €. El café es de filtro realmente malo y aunque tienen allí a la vista una cafetera de máquinas si pides de ese café te cobran extraEn mi habitación había una mancha de humedad tremenda en la madera del suelo. Le pegada a la ducha del baño. Negra y muy grande.
Mi habitación tenía una terraza, pero no se podía estar prácticamente ningún momento. Ya aquí abajo hay un restaurante de pescado y el olor que subía era terrible. La caja fuerte no está bien encajada, está suelta en una estantería encima de el minibar

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral, mitten im Touristengetümmel, die Akropolis, Straßenmarkt etc. sind nicht weit weg.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und wie schon von anderen beschrieben ging der Balkon (2. OG) auf eine kleine Straße hinaus, auf der ein gut besuchtes Restaurant seine Tische stehen hatte. Die Fenster waren nicht ganz dicht, sodass man den Betrieb gut hört und auch die Gerüche reinziehen. Zimmer leider nicht ganz sauber (Spiegel fleckig, Haare in den Handtüchern); statt einem Doppelbett gab es zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, die sehr durchgelegen waren; Frühstück gut gemeint aber nicht wirklich gut gemacht. Alles in allem viel zu teuer im Verhältnis zur Leistung.

המלון סה"כ במיקום טוב ביחס למרכז אתונה, קרוב לכיכר מונסטיראקי בשכונת פסירי המיוחדת, החדר היה יפה, מודרני, מרגיש חדש ומאוד נקי, מרווח, יש פינת קפה קטנה בחדר והמלון נותן קפה תה ומים מינרליים ללא עלות נוספת. ניתן היה להשאיר את המזוודות במלון לאחר הצ'ק אאוט.

נתחיל במיקום המאוד מוזר של המלון בתוך סימטא צרה שבה יש מסעדת דגים הומה ביותר, בקושי הצלחנו לעבור עם המזוודות בין השולחנות והסועדים כדי להגיע למלון. בכניסה למלון כמה מדרגות גבוהות רק כדי להגיע לדלת המלון, זה היה קשוח עם המזוודות. מיד בכניסה ראינו לובי יפה עם דלפק, ניגשנו ואז הסתבר שזה דלפק קבלה לספא שיושב בקומת כניסה, דלפק הקבלה של המלון נמצא בקומה השלישית, המעלית לשם היא הכי קטנה שראינו, היא בעצם מיועדת רק למזוודות, אנחנו טיפסנו 3 קומות ברגל. קיבלנו חדר בקומה הראשונה, שוב לרדת עם המזוודות 2 קומות. התמונות של המלון מאוד מטעות, חשבתי שיהיה מרפסת, או לפחות נוף כלשהוא כמו בתמונה של בוקינג, אז מרפסת לא היתה, החלון המאוד מאובק מבחוץ צפה על סמטא צרה ובניין דוחה למדי, השארנו את הוילון סגור כל השהות. החדר עצמו כפי שכתבתי מאוד יפה וידענו מראש שחדר הרחצה הוא ללא דלת ומופרד עם קיר זכוכית משאר החדר, אבל הכי מוזר שחדר הרחצה הזה נמצא ממש בכניסה לחדר, בעצם הדלת של החדר נפתחת למקלחת. לפחות השרותים עצמם נמצאים בחדרון עם קירות רגילים ודלת. ודבר אחרון, נחמד מצד המלון לתת מים וקפה (מכונת נספרסו) קיבלנו 4 קפסולות, היינו 3 אנשים בחדר למשך שתי לילות. ביום הראשון שתינו את הקפה ולמחרת כשסידרו לנו את החדר ליום הנוסף, לא הוסיפו קפסולות חדשות של קפה, הרגיש לנו מאוד קמצני מצידם.
