Location is great and breakfast is amazing, its one of the reasons we keep coming back!
Staff are great too especially Niki on reception and the waiting staff and chefs at breakfast.
Really needs a fridge in the room!
The rooms and bathroom are very clean the bed is big and comfortable. Can make tea or coffee and provides a bottle of water but only tap water which fine. Great views from the 14 floor bar.
14 floor bar is a bit over priced and the bar service is a bit slow. The breakfast area can be a bit over crowded at certain times. Please buy new pillows.
Our room on the 10th floor had amazing views over the parkland to the lake. The room was spacious, plenty of storage, a very well stocked tea/coffee making tray and a super king size, very comfortable bed. The en suite was fully tiled with a walk in shower and very clean.
The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and hot food freshly cooked. Lovely selection of prepared fresh fruit. Pleasant, helpful and efficient staff.
The location suited us as it was very central for meeting up with family for dinner and ideal the next day for some retail therapy being adjacent to the shopping mall,

We liked the welcome we received from staff member Nikki who works at the front desk. She was very helpful to us and told us more about Bletchley Park, which we were in the area to see.
There were many restaurants nearby and a big shopping mall. We also saw a Steven Spielberg film in the movie theater a five minute walk from the hotel.
The breakfast was very nice as was the location where it was served, offering a great view from the hotel’s 14th floor.
Having a luggage rack in the room would have been helpful, where I could put my suitcase without having to get down on the floor to unpack and pack my things.
Always impressed with this hotel. Have stayed about 8 times! Classy, enormous comfortable bed and great shower. Terrific value for money.
Excellent views from the bedroom over the park. Fantastic breakfast on the top floor with great views. Very comfortable bed. The shower was great! The lifts were really fast.
