Location is great. Good views as the highest building in the area. Good breakfast on the top floors with a great vista. Rooms are a good size and quality.
Sound proofing between rooms isn't great.
Very good location, great sized rooms
Dining space during breakfast at times felt a bit cramped due three volume of people, otherwise they have a good selection of food.
The property was very clean and comfortable. And the shower was very powerful and spacious. It felt luxurious. The food and drinks were also delicious.
I found the staff rude at times. And one time I was told that the kitchen was closed. Then I found out it wasn’t in fact closed. Which was a bit misleading. Also there is a serve need for a better parking arrangement. The whole process was very convoluted.

Had a brilliant 1-night stay at Hotel La Tour. The room was exceptionally high quality, modern, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention has to go to the breakfast the following morning, absolutely 10/10 with fantastic quality and variety.
Nothing to complain about at all! Everything met or exceeded expectations.
My son and I got matching souvenir Guinness glasses that was with my personal stuff in the room. When I went to check out, the glass was gone. I talked to the front desk, and told them where I got the glass. They said they would look into it, but I never heard anything back from them. At the time I asked for a phone number where I could call to check on it, but they wouldn’t give me a number. They swore they would call me. There was no call, no response, and there was no apology. I suspect there was no effort either.
The location was very accessible and the hotel was aesthetically pleasing. The hotel reception were friendly.

The staff was busy so when you spoke to them they were a little rude. They also mentioned you have to pay for cutlery which is crazy to me. I also sent an email asking to make the stay special and they ended up ruin the surprise. They also charged me for a mistake from their side. I asked for any complements for a birthday and anniversary and only thing that can be added was a card everything else you would need to pay for
Loved the location. Excellent rooms. Very well maintained. The staff were very pleasant but they should probably just email you your invoice automatically, rather than having to request it on checkout. Brilliant to have the car park so close.
