The hotel was very clean and all staff were very welcoming and was good value for money. The food at the restaurant was really nice and good quality and presentation was very good aswell.
Location was ideal for us, lovely room, shame we wasn't looking over the park land. Rooftop bar was nice, staff very accommodating.

In this heatwave I would have loved a pool! My only small quibble is not having the option of screen-mirroring on the tv, even though it’s all set up for it. Reception apologised and said many guests have raised it.
Excellent location. So much to do and eat. We had an amazing time. Most staff were friendly. One staff member wasn’t so nice and I could see the pressure she felt which made me uncomfortable to ask for help. No one came to clean my room and the bins were spilling over till the day I left. Other than these two things I had a great stay.
Location, hotel restaurant, restaurant staff, clean rooms and environment, great desserts.
The hotel staff were exceptional. There was an issue with the payments where they took 3 days worth of breakfast instead of just the 1, and whilst no one really knew what had happened, the staff at reception were exceptional in how they handled it, calm and patient and understanding. 10/10 for reception staff! Also, fab position next to the city centre and bus stops.
The aircon in our room wasn't working, but the room was still cooler than outside so we didn't mind too much. Could've done with a second chair, there was plenty of room for one.
