It was so different than the usual
Everything was so nice clean and the staff was so professional
Clean modern hotel, comfortable rooms and beds.

No streaming services on the TV
The hotel was comfortable and staff upon checking in were lovely.
When checking out we was met up with different staff who were rude upon check out. Also still haven’t received my deposit that I told I was going to get back.
Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was superb.
For the amount paid, I expected a few more amenities especially given the weather. There was no fridge in the King size room, and the water they gave was room temperature tap water in a bottle as opposed to mineral water. Given we come from the North where water tastes vastly different, it would have helped if there were a couple of cold 500ml mineral water bottles in the heatwave.
