Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Städtetrips
Pros:

- gute Lage mit Anbindung ÖPNV
- sehr freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter
- helfen bei "Problemen" (ursprüngliches Zimmer nicht nutzbar, Wechsel unkompliziert)

Cons:

- Straßenbahn vor dem Haus ist ziemlich laut, diese fährt bis spät in die Nacht
- Frühstücksbereich für die Zahl der Zimmer klein, bei vielen Gästen gibt es keine Sitzmöglichkeit und es ist sehr laut

Das Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war defekt und wir hatten 26 Grad im Zimmer. Eine kleine Entschädigung (und wenn es nur Getränke gewesen wären) hätte ich angemessen gefunden.
Geruch im Eingangsbereich sehr intensiv und dadurch unangenehm.

Frau Beata was extremely friendly and helpful to me. Something that is rare nowadays to genuinely smile and help people yes? All the best to her and for the amazing people there. 10/10 :)

Cons:

The AC was not working well and it was too hot in room 116. Although this is constructive criticism I would still leave a positive review because nothing is perfect. Just fix it and all is good.

Super Lage, saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Frühstückssituation ist ausbaufähig. Es gibt nur sehr wenige Plätze. Wir haben ewig gewartet und letztendlich im Stehen gefrühstückt.
Auch abends ist die Situation an der Bar schwierig. 1-2 Angestellte versuchen den Ansturm der Cirque du Soleil - Kunden zu managen.
