Das Hotel entspricht nicht dem Eindruck, der auf der Buchungsseite vermittelt wird!
Pros:

„Das Frühstück war zwar sehr einfach gehalten, jedoch vollkommen ausreichend. Ob der hierfür aufgerufene Preis gerechtfertigt ist, würde ich allerdings eher kritisch hinterfragen.“

Cons:

Ich finde es enttäuschend, dass an keiner Stelle darauf hingewiesen wird, wie schwierig die Anreise mit dem Fahrzeug sowie das Parken vor dem Hotel tatsächlich sind. Der Hoteleingang befindet sich direkt in einem Wohngebiet, sodass weder ein kurzfristiges Halten zum Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäcks noch ein regulärer Parkplatz(nur wenige) unmittelbar am Hotel zur Verfügung steht. Diese Information sollte potenziellen Gästen vor der Buchung transparent mitgeteilt werden, da sie für viele Reisende ein wichtiges Entscheidungskriterium bei der Auswahl eines Hotels darstellt. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte vorab wissen, welche Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind und mit welchen Einschränkungen gegebenenfalls zu rechnen ist.

Pleasant Overnight but needs Bike Storage
Pros:

Room typical Holiday Inn size . Clean and bright . Reception young man was very pleasant and helpful . Initially wanted us to park our bikes outside but when I protested he talked to the manager and got us into an inside secure room . Short walk to a great Italian restaurant, Uscana . Very good breakfast with multiple hot and cold choices .

Cons:

Place is difficult to bike to due to heavy traffic and narrow trails . No definitive secure bike storage available and this can be a problem .

Ein prinzipiell ansprechendes Hotel.....
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer und das Bad sind einfach/funktional aber modern und ansprechend ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind hochwertig und angenehm. Lichtquellen sind passend und genügend vorhanden. Bei geschlossenem Fenster funktioniert die Schallisolierung gut. Ich habe alles sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel bietet prinzipiell ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Nicht genügend Parkraum - da gebührenpflichtige Tiefgarage voll war und da die Umgebung keine Parkmöglichkeit bietet, war ein weiter Fußweg nötig. Sehr irritiert hat mich dass, es im Bad Halter für Duschgel/Handseife gab - diese aber halb abmontiert waren und nur eine halbvolle Flasche "Billigstduschgel" am Waschbecken stand. DAs schmälerte leider die Wirkung des ansonsten wirklich ansprechenden Bades. Leider hatte das Bad dauerhaft einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Die vorhandenen Kopfkissen waren nur unterschiedlich in der Größe, aber beide so fest / hart, dass sie für mich eine schlaflose Nacht bedeuteten. Beim Frühstück wäre es schön, wenn das angebotene Rührei warm wäre. Die vorhandene Warmhalteplatte war leider nicht eingeschaltet.
