Having fruit, cake and coffee in the lobby.
The team were nice and tried to help

Cons:

No counter space next to the sink and Not enough shelves or hooks to hang in the bathrooms.
The bathroom was small and so was the room

Very comfortable stay for 5 people
Pros:

The room itself was wonderful! The 2 bedrooms were both very spacious, as was the main room and kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable, the balconies were both a good size, well furnished and had a spectacular view of the Acropolis. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and easy to contact via WhatsApp. The air conditioner was definitely a plus as it was quite hot outside while we were there. The neighborhood was lively and felt safe.

Cons:

While we enjoyed the lively neighborhood, if you had small children or required silence at night, this might not be the hotel for you as it was quite loud in the evenings and nighttime. To note though, the noise didn't bother us or our or children ages 9, 13, & 14. We also had a small problem with ants in the kitchenette, it wasn't enough for us to not use the space, but enough that we noticed them.

The location and spacious comfortable room.

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned for the 4 days of my stay. Nor coffee service replenished. A request at reception was not attended to despite promise to do so.

Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to have breakfast; we left the room before 8 o’clock, which is when breakfast is served

Cons:

Check-in was delayed by 1.5 hours. On the plus side, we were given a bottle of wine. The upholstery on the patio furniture was in terrible condition—full of holes and worn out. The proximity to our neighbors’ noisy rooftop bar basically makes it impossible to use the patio. Unfortunately, the rating is mixed: decent rooms and beds, good finishes, but the details spoil the overall impression.

Amazing place and experience!
Pros:

Great location, close to city centre and major attractions. Awesome restaurants and bar accessible - walking distance. Bravo to Daniel for his exceptional customer service! We had issues with our room and he sorted it out with impeccable professionalism. Thank you Daniel!

Cons:

Nothing major. On day 1, we left sign on our way out, to make our bed but was not done.
