Personal atento y simpático

Cons:

La ubicación algo alejada del centro, la cama incomodísima y el servicio de limpieza pasaba a las 4 de la tarde, haciendo que volviesemos de estar horas fuera y estuviese la habitación sin hacer.

Pros:

L'hotel è in posizione semicentrale. Il centro si raggiunge con una passeggiata di circa un quarto d'ora. La costruzione all'esterno è modesta ma dentro è meglio che fuori. Le camere sono accoglienti con letti comodi. Bella biancheria, candida e morbida. Gradevole profumo nei corridoi. Andrebbe maggiormente curata la pulizia dei pavimenti delle camere. La doccia spaziosa e con un bel getto d'acqua. Colazione buona. Ho prenotato la camera con parcheggio che mi ha garantito di avere il posto auto. Non c'è il bollitore ma per noi è stato ininfluente, c'è un minibar e all'arrivo una bottiglia d'acqua con due dolcetti.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist schlecht. Keine Empfehlung.
Pros:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer: top, extrem einfach zu bedienen.
WLAN: Spitzenklasse.
Geräumiges Badezimmer mit Regendusche.
Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal: Nahe am Geschehen, doch nicht direkt im Trubel.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum: zu kalt; schmutziges Geschirr wird bis zur Beendigung des Frühstücks nicht abgeräumt; übergroße (meist schief hängende) Lampenschirme behindern das Sitzen am Fenster ebenso wie die eiskalte Klimaanlage; Schäden an Stühlen mit hohem Verletzungspotenzial (offensichtlich, aber dennoch vom Hotel bis zum Hinweis ignoriert, s. Foto); das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber einfallslos; das Obst sah an manchen Tagen sehr unappetitlich aus (braune Ananas z. B.); das Personal wirkte unmotiviert und abweisend.
Zimmer: Das Zimmer wurde offensichtlich zehn Tage lang nicht entstaubt (s. Foto); der Waschtisch wurde nur sporadisch gereinigt; es gibt keine Toilettenbürste; die Balkontür kann nur geöffnet, nicht gekippt werden; Problem: Das Housekeeping lässt die Balkontür häufig geöffnet. Das eröffnet jedem Zimmernachbarn die Möglichkeit, ungehindert und ungesehen über den Balkon das Nachbarzimmer zu betreten. Möglich macht das eine unzureichende Trennung auf dem Balkon (s. Foto); der leichte Safe steht unbefestigt im Schrank und könnte einfach mitgenommen werden.

Pros:

Really nice hotel and rooms. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Location was perfect in a quite area and only 10 minute walk to get into centre. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Gym facilities are limited. Max dumbbell weights of 10kg and one Indoor bike and one treadmill available.

Das Bad ist neu und die Lage günstig, auch wenn man ein kleines bisschen laufen muss.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Größe des Hotels etwas zu klein. Das Frühstück hatte alles was es braucht, war aber auch nicht besonders toll.

Ideal alojamiento en Porto, cómodo, tranquilo y bien situado
Pros:

Desayuno bastante completo con buenos productos (zumo natural, buen café), excepcional ubicación para recorrer la ciudad, el parking se agradece para no tener que mover el coche. Habitación cómoda con balcón. Cama confortable.

Pros:

rustig gelegen 4 sterren hotel dat reeds gerenoveerd werd, maar dat hier en daar nog extra renovatie nodig heeft.
Groot bed / lekker gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet/ uitstekende kamerservice elke dag De check in was ongelofelijk informatief en hartelijk . Airco op de kamer . balkon dat uitgeeft op rustige straat .
Metrostation op ongeveer 15min te voet. Op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum

Cons:

de ontbijtruimte is veel te klein voor het aantal gasten . Men zou met een shift systeem moeten werken . ontbijt reserveren in ploegen vb van 07u tot 07u45. van 07u45 tot 08u30, van 08u30 tot 09u15, enz...
Het verliep bij momenten chaotisch. het personeel kon niet volgen met het afruimen en klaar zetten opnieuw en ondertussen ook het buffet voorzien van alles. Een karretje om alles op te plaatsen zou al veel helpen ipv telkens manueel enkele borden af te ruimen . Men zou ook een deel van het buffet meer in de hoogte kunnen zetten want nu staan er gedeeltes waar bijna niets op staat . Men zou ook een deel van het salon kunnen herinrichten voor ontbijtruimte .
Soms lawaai s nachts in de gangen van andere gasten.

Het ontbijt was prima maar erg duur. Via Booking.com € 12,50 maar als je dat vergeten bent en toch gaat ontbijten dan kost het opeens € 15,- per persoon.

Cons:

Op de foto’s van de website van Booking.com zijn de hotelkamers groot, rechthoekig, ruim van opzet. Wij kregen een zogenaamde upgrade, een hotelkamer op de hoek met balkon, aan de voorkant van de straat. De hoekkamer was heel erg krap, je kon nauwelijks langs elkaar lopen. Dat strookt niet met hetgeen je op de foto’s ziet. Teleurstellend.
Volgens de beschrijving ligt het hotel op loopafstand van het centrum maar de werkelijkheid is dat het ruim 45 minuten lopen is. Veel te ver….
