Room service & reception many times are not responsive. I kept calling them but they don’t answer unless it is my fourth or fifth times

Also i ordered dinner twice and i did not enjoy it at time. The first time, pasta was not cooked and it seemed it was rushed cooked & second time even though it was only french fries but it took almost 1 hour and half if not more to bring it.

Heevorragendes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Perfekte Lage für eine Städtereise. Metro direkt vor der Tür

Cons:

Wir waren für sieben Nächte im Radisson Collection. Dreimal wollte das Reinigungspersonal das Zimmer erst nach 16 Uhr reinigen, was wir dann abgelehnt haben.

Fantastic stay, would stay again.
Pros:

Everything- the rooms the staffs the building, it was very clean, organized and top notch. Location is perfect as well.

Cons:

There was an AC issue that should have been communicated better and more clearly but otherwise nothing else.
