Ein ungepflegtes 5 Sterne Hotel in bester Lage von Bilbao

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, auch die Terrasse war hervorragend

Cons:

Leider ist dieses Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist an vielen Ecken renovierungsbedürftig. Insgesamt macht dieses Hotel einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Die Fenster unseres Zimmers waren verdreckt, auch wenn das Bad auf den ersten Blick sauber wirkte, stellte man auf den zweiten Blick fest, dass es nicht gut gereinigt war. Auf dem Fenstersims lag ein ekelhafter Lappen, so dass man gar nicht aus dem Fenster schauen wollten. Dieses Radisson Hotel ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Der Service entsprach nicht dem, was man von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten kann.

Beliggenhed. Service i restaurant. Vi kunne være der en time mere inden check ud

Det fremgik af hjemmeside at der både var indendørs og udendørs pool og spa. Det viste sig, at udendørs fandtes slet ikke, indendørs var meget lille og kostede 20 euro prt mand som entre. Tagterrasse med ( eneste ) bar lukket på ankomst dagen. Dørnøglen fungerede ikke, ligesom aircondition. Heller ikke fungerede. Da vi prøvede ca 4 gange at kontakte receptionen pga dette blev telefonen slet ikke taget og vi måtte selv gå i reception og få det ordnet ad flere gange. Mærkeligt at der på 5 stjernet hotel ikke er bar ved receptionen og at service ikke var bedre.

Hôtel 4 étoiles pas 5

Emplacement centrale mais grand calme dans les chambres une fois les fenêtres fermées

Cons:

Qualité 4 étoiles et non 5 étoiles. Aucun document pour le room service en chambre, spa payant en plus du prix, manque de personnel pour accueillir et gérer le petit déjeuner j’ai dû mettre ma table seule, Check in non digne d’un 5 étoiles: personne monte vos valises et personnes vous accueille à l’entrée pour surveiller votre voiture ou la garer. Lit en 160, pour un 5 étoiles j’attends plus grand. Donc bien si 4 étoiles mais certainement pas 5 étoiles

Amazing stay - comfy bed and incredible bathroom
Pros:

Amazing hotel with great staff and beautiful bedroom. We got an upgrade! We loved the bathroom - with a huge shower and bathtub. Pablo was really helpful giving us tips to make the most of our days.

Cons:

Nothing - it was fantastic :)

Pablo, the perfect concierge, is knowledgeable, gave us great recommendations and made our stay unforgettable. He is a treasure to the hotel.

High quality hotel. Excellent location. Very central, however very quiet.
We came by train and it was very convenient and easy to get to the hotel, which is close by.
Old town is just within a short walk.

Very comfort beds.
Spacious bathroom and excellent bathroom facilities.
Great breakfast with large varieties, located on the rooftop and enables sitting in plein-air, which is a great bonus.
A lovely bar there as well with joyful bartenders.

La situation centrale de l hôtel.
La décoration des chambres et leurs superbes salles de bain.
C est un très bel hôtel dans sa globalité.

Cons:

Mais, le service n est pas à la hauteur de cet hôtel.
Mauvaise organisation et manque de personnel font que les attentes sont extrêmement longues au bar, que les réservations sont oubliées au restaurant et que certains personnels, certes dépassés, deviennent désagréables avec le client.
