Amazing hotel!! Nice , clean!!, very big bathroom, we like it very much!!! Very good location!!! Staffs are very helpfull!!

Only one things.. the breakfast!!! It was total chaos in the breakfast area!!! Limited selection???!!! The caffe wasn’t good!! It was very strange for me?!?! In this fantastic hotel?!?! I don’t understand?!??

Pros:

Le personnel était à l’écoutes de nos demandes, chambre propre, accès piscine et sauna 20€ par personne mais on est seul dans l’endroit au calme et très reposant.
Je recommande cet hôtel.

Pros:

The location was a perfect match for me. Walking distance from the railway station and to any of the key landmarks. The service was wonderful, everybody were very polite to answer all and any questions.

Muy buena, genial!
Pros:

Todo las instalaciones y amabilidad del personal. Que tenía cafetera para degustar un rico café.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con el aire estaba muy frío, pero lo solucionaron.

Muy bien pero hay que cuidar varios detalles

La ubicación es genial y la habitación espectacular y muy espaciosa.
Cenamos en el restaurante Eneko y un acierto asegurado!

Cons:

Nos alojamos en 18 de julio y reservamos el SPA. En primer lugar, cuando bajamos a la hora que habíamos reservado, no habia nadie en su recepción. Tuvimos que subir a la habitación y dar el aviso a la recepción general para que bajaran. En segundo lugar, el SPA estaba sucio, no habían limpiado las consumiciones de los anteriores huéspedes y no nos dejaron toallas nuevas (nos tuvo que dar una el de recepción). Los chorros de la piscina no estuvieron funcionando en ningún momento. En definitiva, estaba descuidado por el personal del SPA. Considero que no merece la pena pagar 20 euros para ese servicio.
