Pros:

Good location — most places are within walking distance, and there’s also a metro station nearby. The room is stylish, spacious, and very clean, and it fully lived up to my expectations

Excellent location on the Gran Via and close to a metro station and the train station.

A nightmare
Cons:

The room, likely unsold for several days, had multiple issues:

- Dust and hair everywhere, including the floor, shelves, the carpet in the room, the sink, and the armchairs.
- Grease stains and fingerprints everywhere, including on the doors, wardrobe doors, and mirror.
- The various shelves and tables had assorted stains.
- The minibar had an opened coffee creamer in it.
- Once the bathtub water was turned on, black mold residue began coming out—quite a lot of it, actually. This made me decide not to use the tub and opt for the shower instead, which itself had limescale marks on all the fixtures.
- The bed linens showed heavy signs of wear, as did the curtains.
- The room had a bad smell of mold/dust.
- In the bathroom, behind the sink, there was a piece of a cotton swab container left by previous guests.

Right after check-in, I asked for the housekeeping manager to have the room redone. Unfortunately, since she didn't speak English, we couldn't fully discuss the situation, but she very kindly offered to have the room cleaned.

No manager ever reached out to us to apologize or to check on the situation, and the stay was, to say the least, disconcerting.

This was our first stay at a hotel from this group, and unfortunately, I don't think there will be a second one and on top they also enrolled me without my permission in their loyalty program.

Vieze kamer, lampen stuk enlater gerepareerd, douche cel liep over en later gerepareerd.
Sky bar geen champagne, was uitverkocht.
Ontbijt was niets extra te bestellen , was wel een menu kaart.
Slecht ongeïnteresseerd personeel!
Waardeloze receptie medewerkers! Elke dag wissels

Sehr gutes Hotel im Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Top Lage direkt an der U-Bahn Station und alles ist fussläufig gut erreichbar. Betten sehr bequem und Zimmer ausreichend gross.
Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für ein 5 Stern Hotel sehr klein. Ausserdem war sehr wenig Personal vorhanden und man musste z.T. länger warten bis man die à la carte Speisen bestellen konnte. Warme Getränke aus dem Automat wir bei einem 3 Stern Hotel.

Pościel miękka puchowa , duże łóżko, naturalna gąbka do kąpieli , toaleta z funkcją mycia , ładny wystrój pokoju , najlepsza i cudowna obsługa na recepcji

Obsługa podczas śniadania i jakość śniadania a la carte, pierwszego dnia przyszliśmy na śniadanie i nie było ciepłej wody do herbaty a spieszyliśmy się więc zjedliśmy śniadanie bez ciepłego napoju , drugiego dnia czekaliśmy pół godziny na śniadanie a la carte , 3 kronie przypominaliśmy obsłudze , po czym prawie rzucili nam talerz nam stół bez słowa podając okropne tosty z awokado i jajka po benedyktyńsku / wszystko było nie świeże i stare śmierdzące jajka , nie dało się tego zjeść, domagam się zwrotu pieniędzy za śniadania

המיקום של המלון נפלא. בסמיכות לעיר העתיקה ולמרכזי הקניות. החדר נח מאד, האוכל מגוון וטעים. הבר בגג נעים מאד. היה כיף להתארח.
