Pros:

We arrived on a very hot day when it was 36°C outside. They had even turned on the air conditioning before we arrived, so the room was already nice and cool. It was a very thoughtful touch and we slept very comfortably. The room was very clean and everything we might need had been taken care of. The staff were also very kind and helpful. If I pass through this area again, I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Nice place to stay. Clean and cozy. Each day room was cleaned. Nice to have coffee/tea, cold water and fruits available the full day for free. Plus sweets available > kids loved it. Recommend it.
Also a good place to sit is the big terace. We brought our own lunch(takeaway) and it is nice to have that option and not eat in the room.

I would recommend a water dispenser that includes sparking water. I think it would boost even more the customer experience.

Все было великолепно - очень понятное разъяснение по поселению, приветливый администратор, чистый и уютный номер, тихое месторасположение отеля, несмотря на то что в центре. Вечером есть где прогуляться - недалеко парк, центр города. А утром европейский завтрак

Ein sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer, in dem man sich willkommen fühlt.
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war insgesamt blitzsauber, sogar an versteckten Stellen, auf die man normalerweise nicht achtet. Ein relativ kleines, aber gemütliches Zimmer. Die Lage war recht gut, wir konnten zu Fuß einen Spaziergang durch die nahegelegenen Parks machen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, mit nur wenigen Auswahlmöglichkeiten und Alternativen. Das Personal im Restaurant war morgens nicht besonders freundlich. Keine Parkplätze vorhanden

Das Zimmer war okay.

Cons:

Wir haben extra das Familienzimmer wegen des Balkons gebucht. Was soll ich sagen? Jede Raucherlounge an einem Flughafen ist besser. Der Balkon ist sehr klein und bietet keinerlei Aussicht oder Frischluft, da vor dem Balkon eine milchige Plexiglasscheibe angebracht ist, die die gesamte Fläche bis auf ca. 10 cm nach oben abschließt.

Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich. Es wurde teilweise nicht aufgefüllt und die Tische wurden nach dem Essen nicht abgeräumt.
