Pros:

I’ve been to Bakırköy a couple of times, but this was our first stay at this hotel, and it was truly a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. Burak was an excellent host—kind, generous, and incredibly helpful with recommendations that made our stay even better. His warm hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bakırköy and would be happy to stay here again.

Pros:

This is one of the best hotels in Istanbul, located in the Bakırköy area. My family and I have been staying here whenever we visit Istanbul for more than six or seven years. All of the staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful, and the quality of everything they offer is excellent. The rooms are also very clean and well-maintained. We are truly grateful to them and highly appreciate their hospitality.

Cons:

The problem came from one particular staff member. We are returbing customers, and we were extremely disappointed as we needed to book an extra night. The price on booking was different, from what they told me at the reception. I showed them the booking offer and the guy started a huge argument, disrespectful saying quote: “I own booking, I will close this option for u”.
