Perfect 👌🏾
Pros:

It’s on the highway and convenient for me when I visit family , regardless of the time I check in the staff is always ready and friendly to welcoming me.There is ample lighting on the street leading to the venue, which makes me feel safe and comfortable.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. A good night sleep is guaranteed!

Pros:

The AC worked very well so the room was room. The shower worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Was there for 2 nights.

The door to the bathroom was dirty. A little wipe would do.

The staff was good and welcomed us with great care and professionalism

Cons:

- There were no blankets in the middle of winter, tried to call reception no answer.
- when we woke up at 5am there was no hot water with a note saying that if there is a problem with hot water, go to reception but the gate to reception was closed and no one was answering the phone.
- The toilet was dropping water all night
- To top things off, the shower door fell on me as I was getting out of the shower.

Overall the place is good just the stuff didn’t offer us a WiFi.

The stuff we’re friendly and the place is very clean and quiet, you have a peace of mind.

The comforter was not clean it had stains and also air conditioner was not properly working it was weak on heat please can thy be checked.

Could have been good
Pros:

The staff members were friendly and they tried as much as they could to help me find alternative accommodation

Cons:

I got there and the accommodation was fully booked despite paying full price 2 weeks prior to my stay. I even got a complimentary phone call from the establishment the day before confirming my time of arrival and what i was going to need. I got to the location at the agreed time only to be turned away because the location was fully booked and to my surprise Booking.com was still giving away rooms for the location.

I loved the look of the place, outside its very nice 👌 😊.

Cons:

Opportunity for the below:

1. Maintenance of the place, room 9 has ceilings coming out.
2. Microwave, TV, WIFI, and proper crockery and not take away cups are a must for the price paid.
3. The bathroom in Room 9 smells terrible 😕 cause there is not enough ventilation.
4. The carpets in both the rooms we booked no 9 & 11 smells of mould.
5. The staff is very nice, however they need to be professional they can't welcome guests in gowns @ 19h00 as they are the face of the brand Sleepover Matoks 😉.

If the above would be addressed I believe the rating will go up.

My stay was generally good and offered peace of mind. The view of the mountains add to the ambience
