Great location. Walking distance to everything in town. And hydronic heating.
Hot water supply flucuated a lot. Sometimes was necessary to postpone shower by 20-30 minutes before hot water supply was normalised.

This property seems to mainly cater for tradies who come and go at all hours. The rooms are looking old and very out dated. Definitely not worth the money.
Good location, walking distance main street. . Room booked with bath had a good sized bed ( 6 foot 5 inch, so double beds are a bit small. .
Location of power points difficult to ug in sleep appeals machine. And we missed trying the restaurant as it was closed on the Friday night we stayed
The Elms Restaurant was amazing - great food and lovely staff. Enjoyed the proximity of property to main centre of town.

Loud music in the neighbourhood on Saturday and Sunday way past midnight.
Nice clean Motel with all the basic amenities. Room was a reasonable size as was the ensuite. The Motel was not offering meals at this time; however, it was only a short walk into town where there was a couple of good meal options.
No views and the workers in the next room had the alarm set for very early in the morning. Probably wouldn't have mattered if they were a further away.
Great location, the staff in the restaurant were really friendly and we enjoyed our meals at the Elms restaurant.
Way overpriced. The shower head was facing the wall, bent down and I couldn’t budge it as the screw was too tight. Anyway, the water was cold. Cold showers in winter aren’t fun and lead to bad reviews. We couldn’t get the bed lamps to work, the walls were thin and we could hear the people in the next room, we also heard what appeared to have been a mouse most of the night chewing wood. The night before we stayed in five star accommodation that only cost $50 more.

Clean, pleasant place to stay
Restaurant hours are strange, closed some nights late in the week and open others. Kitchen shuts early but they are busy and food took a long time to arrive
