Pros:

Locatie super vriendelijk personeel we hadden een kamer toegewezen maar de tv was stuk we kregen direct een andere kamer
Ontbijt heel gevarieerd en daar terug personeel heel vriendelijk

Je déconseille cet hotel !!!!!

petit déjeûner ok mais pas de plateau à la disposition des clients

On m'a VOLE une veste neuve , qui était dans un sachet dans le casier 33 au rez-de-chaussée. Jeudi 29 , un membre du personnel a vidé le casier puisqu'il était plus que 22H . J'étais en tort à ce niveau - là mais rien n'indiquait que les effets laissés dans le casier pouvaient être fouillés et volés!!!!! La dame de la réception vendredi 30 au matin est restée aimable et avait l'air désolée, elle m'a rappelée 2 fois au tel par la suite . Sa collègue, qui était dans le bureau, a vraiment mis ma parole en doute, comme si j'avais inventé cette histoire ! Bravo pour le service à la clientèle!!! Si la veste avait été très coûteuse, j'aurais exigé d'appeler la police! il y a un VOLEUR au sein du personnel et je regrette vivement de ne pas avoir été écoutée ni dédommagée de quelque façon que ce soit!
