Pros:

Very nice, comfortable, and the bed and the pillows are very cosy.
When we arrived, the key wasn’t working and neither was the Wi-Fi due to technical issues, which were resolved the following day.
The air conditioning is very strong in the lobby, but that’s how it’s done in America, and the premises downstairs (including the restaurants) are lovely; if we’d been on our own, we would certainly have made the most of them.
You CAN'T hear the music at all in the rooms.
The location is very convenient, whether you’re walking or taking the underground.
The staff are really friendly and helpful.
I’d recommend it and would stay there again

Pros:

I really enjoyed the staff’s attitude and friendliness.

Cons:

We couldn’t get the TV to work, no internet all throughout our stay. It seems like the aircon only had two modes, either freezing or off.

We had a great stay overall!
Pros:

Professional and pleasant staff at front desk. Onsite restaurant with great service. Also the clean room, and beds were made daily. Hotel is accessible to several modes of transportation. I liked the quiet room, and that we could walk or get transportation easily. There was a water machine on our floor, and I could refill my thermos.

Cons:

We both hit our legs on the hard edge of the bed closest to the bathroom. Didn’t see an ice machine on our floor.

Cool hotel. Great value for money for a Brooklyn stay.
Pros:

Hotel vibe lively and cool. Room was basic comfortable and clean. Easy access via train. Some nice cafes around. Friend staff. Great value for money.

The ace hotel was perfect from our whole family from 2 to 92 years old
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel. Clean quiet and comfortable. I had a view of the Statue of Liberty out of my window. The window was huge
