Excellent as always
Pros:

The Ace is my favourite hotel and I stay here regularly. It never disappoints. The staff are amazing and super friendly. Thank you for giving me the room I requested - I really appreciated it.

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better was the room rate as it was unusually high. Assuming this was because of the date and it being a Saturday which is always popular.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, mooie en schone kamers, perfecte ligging naast een metrostation. The lobby is ook prachtig, goede koffie en lekkere cocktails.

Amazing Brooklyn stay!
Pros:

Great size rooms, incredible vibe, the staff was amazing! Location was also easy to get around, but less busy than staying in Manhattan for example.

If I compare the Chelsea hotel (4 star property) and this hotel - the difference is striking. It’s crazy how overpriced

I didn’t like the hotel at all

Cons:

No amenities, you can hear the metro all the way up on the 12th floor. No skyline views in a “skyline” room, no drinking water, cleaning devices like consistency, noisy crowded lobby day and night. Random people come to co-work and there is literally no place to sit. Limited staffing. Very overpriced for what it is

Fantastic property, highly recommend!
Pros:

the location was great, the hotel was a vibe, the staff was wonderful. The drinks at the lobby bar were delicious. One night we came back and our lobby was NY's hottest club, with a line to get into the hotel, how fun!

Cons:

Every time I tried to call the front desk for something (towels, TP, etc), no one answered. I had to walk downstairs every time I had a question.
