Our home away from home in Marrakech, with exceptional hospitality and outstanding service every single time.
Pros:

We have been coming to Hotel Jadali & Spa with our family for many years, and every visit is just as wonderful as the last. This time, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Widad, Mouna, and Rashid at the reception for always welcoming us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. We would also like to thank Fatima and all the housekeeping ladies for keeping everything immaculate and for their warmth and respect. Every single member of the team makes us feel like valued guests, which is why we keep coming back year after year. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the gym. The air conditioning was not working during our stay, which made it uncomfortable to work out. Some of the fitness equipment is also showing its age and could benefit from being replaced or upgraded. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Le personnel s'est montré très gentil et disponible pour nous, ce que nous avons apprécié.

Cons:

J'avais effectué une réservation par téléphone en français, convenant d'un prix de 250 € pour trois jours. À mon arrivée à la réception, la personne m'a carrément indiqué que j'allais devoir payer 250 € la nuit, ce que j'ai trouvé absolument inadmissible. Face a mon étonnement, la réceptionniste m'a carrément balancé que si je n'étais pas contente, je n'avais qu'à réserver dans un hôtel moins cher. J'ai vraiment détesté son contact. Le respect de la clientèle est clairement a revoir par cette réceptionniste qui, pour moi, n'a absolument rien a faire dans un établissement étoilé.
Heureusement, le responsable de l'hôtel est arrivé, a géré la situation et, en guise de dédommagement, ne m'a pas fait payer les frais. Sachez également qu'ils vont vous demander une empreinte de carte bancaire, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans tous les établissements.
En tout cas, je suis actuellement dans un autre hôtel au Maroc, un 4 étoiles Grand Plaza, et cela n'a absolument rien a voir au niveau de la satisfaction. Comme quoi, les étoiles ne veulent rien dire.

le bruit dans la rue qui dure jusqu'au lever du jour, la présence sans doute d'un bar de nuit ou d'une discothèque.

Mon séjour au Jadali Hotel & Spa a été une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de bienveillance. Chaque membre du personnel fait preuve d’une attention sincère et d’un grand sens du service. L’établissement est d’une élégance remarquable, avec une décoration raffinée, une propreté irréprochable et une atmosphère paisible qui invite à la détente. La chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, très confortable et entretenue avec le plus grand soin. Le spa est un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour se ressourcer après une journée de découverte.
