Pros:

The hotel was lovely, the rooms were very nice, looking out over the river. Air conditioning was strong and good, but the windows did open wide if we wanted fresh air. Breakfast was limited, pastries, bread, some meats and cheeses and fruit, yogurt & granola. But it was all very nice, we didn't leave breakfast hungry.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault, but it was too noisy outside for us to have the window open at night. There is a road by the riverfront that had traffic most of the night, but the tram going over the bridge which was a good half mile away, was so loud it would wake us up in the room. Nothing the hotel can do about that, when closed the windows didn't let any sound through. But hotel wise, we would definitely stay in FLH again, it was perfect for our stay.

We loved Portugal, the culture and the people!!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here and truly loved the location — it made exploring Porto so easy since we were able to walk everywhere. The room was beautiful, and the view overlooking the Douro River was especially memorable, with so much fun activity and energy right below us. There were also fantastic restaurants and wine bars all around the area, which made the experience even better. We would absolutely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Porto.

Cons:

The very small comments, that are more of a heads up:
1) toilet area only had privacy glass....felt a bit exposed.
2) the entrance is NOT right on the street, you can either go up stone ramp or stairs.

Pros:

Location, helpful & welcoming staff & excellent coffee! We couldn’t get over the all day/ night coffee facility (Nespresso) & afternoon cake. All home made.

Cons:

Breakfast was more than adequate but is continental & sometimes slow to replenish dishes as they became empty

Geweldig!
Pros:

Het hotel ligt prachtig, aan de rivier, tramhalte voor de deur en alles op loopafstand. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De ontbijtruimte is de hele dag beschikbaar om even koffie/thee met iets lekkers te pakken. Ook op de laatste dag nadat we al uitgecheckt waren mochten we daar ‘s middags gebruik van maken terwijl we wachtten op de door het hotel voor ons geregelde taxi.

Всі відгуки,що читала дійсно справедливі. Чудове розташування,поряд набережна, кафе, екскурсійний трамвайчик. Сніданки стандартні, європейські. Чудова випічка. Їжі достатньо. Це не шведський стіл,а стандартний сніданок.

Cons:

Не зовсім зручні шафи,короткі. Прикро ватні не тумбочки,а століки. Загалом для 2 маловатий номер.

Pros:

酒店的位置非常好。门口有观光巴士的起点站、有观光游船的码头、有麦当劳（如果不适应当地饮食），还有各种大大小小的餐馆。距离河边很近，在节假日更是热闹非凡。在河边喝着咖啡，看着来自各国的欢乐的人群，享受着轻松、惬意。酒店距离各著名景点和商业区也都不远，近的就在隔壁，远的也就一两公里，基本都是可以徒步的距离。

Cons:

一是酒店的早餐很一般；二是房间里有小蚂蚁出没。

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur du centre historique et du Douro mais très calme. Le personnel est accueillant et arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et possibilité de boire de l'eau, du thé ou du café à toute heure de la journée
