Pros:

The comfort of the bed.

Cons:

It seemed overpriced for so little included. The pool closes way too early. And they don't tell you how much the deposit will be until you arrive, and it ended up taking half of our money, so we barely had enough to do everything we had planned for our anniversary. And breakfast is not included. Breakfast was basically things that other hotels would have complimentary with your stay, except for the meat and cheese board.

The front desk staff are exceptional, led by Ms. Phillips! They are what made our stay great!!!
Pros:

Front Office Manager Lakeisha Phillips was absolutely fabulous! She was attentive and listened to our concerns and did everything in her power to accommodate our needs! She was an amazing representative for the AC Hotel brand!!! She needs to be recognized for her customer service; exceptional without question!

Perfect walking distance to everything, the beach. Rooms are so comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly.
Pros:

Absolutely enjoyed my stay. AC hotels by Marriott are always amazing. This one was so clean and our room was so spacious. Literally everything looked so nice.

The parking not being included but that’s at any AC hotel.

Pros:

Property (room and lobby area) were nice. Pool bar is not open when said it is to be on site, app etc.

Cons:

Pool bar is not open when said it is to be on site, app etc. they say they have until 5 pm to clean your room they came at 415 both days when we were getting ready to go to dinner so room never got cleaned

It was just ok. Great location to beach.
Pros:

The breakfast was just ok. Honestly, it was pricey considering what was offered.

Cons:

The dining options offered very little variety, and the menu remained the same each day, which was disappointing\.

Additionally, we were extremely concerned to discover that housekeeping had left our room door open after servicing our room\. My spouse and I had been away for several hours, leaving our personal belongings unsecured during that time\. We immediately reported the incident to the manager\.

Overall, this experience was very disappointing, particularly the security concern surrounding our room, and it significantly impacted our stay\.

The pillows on the bed were very flat and uncomfortable.

Decent but unlikely to return.
Pros:

Good location near beach.

Cons:

The elevator system sucks, the refresh on the room did not come with clean sheets. The pool was smaller than the photos, the restraunt was not a restraunt. And the rooftop bar and dining room closed early.
The breakfast bar had zero meat from what we could tell. Not normal breakfast food.
