Very good staying at the hotel, the room experience was satisfactory.
Pros:

Very large room, well cleaned, Bluetooth sound in the room was perfect idea, also possibility to have 2 different temperatures between room and bathroom, bed was big and comfortable and full of pillows, no moquette and therefore no dust and dirt.

Cons:

If possible try to improve the breakfast management: the lady at the reception of the area was rude, impolite, bored by her job, I have asked for warm oat milk and she said no (while another man from the kitchen helped me), she was cleaning tables and placing again the food in the food trays for other guests (UNACCEPTABLE!!! And i was looking at her while she was doing it and she saw me). That was a real bad experience.

I booked a premium double room. There was no cupboard, tissue box, slippers, telephone, toothpaste or toothbrush. These I feel are basic necessities. I paid 130 EUR for the night and didn't expect basic things such as above not to be included. Paid 11 EUR extra for toothbrush and toothpaste. The breakfast was also very mid.

Pros:

Super Frühstück, gute Lage für die Messe.

Cons:

Leider kann man in den Zimmern keine Fenster öffnen. Das ist schlecht, da nicht jeder die Klimaanlage verträgt. Das Bad ist schlecht belüftet.

Perfekt für eine frühe Abreise am Flughafen Düsseldorf
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super nah am Flughafen, punktet mit einem großen (wenn auch kostenpflichtigen) Parkhaus und bietet extrem geräumige, saubere Zimmer sowie sehr nettes Personal. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung und ein echter Top-Preis für Langstrecken-Anreisende mit frühem Flug!

Cons:

Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Zigarettengeruch auf dem Flur, der zum Glück aber komplett draußen blieb
