Pros:

Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Wir hatten extra ein Hotel mit Klimaanlage gebucht. Leider funktionierte diese weder im ersten Zimmer noch in dem danach bezogenen. Die Fenster konnten nach Anfrage zwar etwas geöffnet werden, doch es war wenig hilfreich. Außerdem hörte man dann extrem den Lärm der Autobahn. Schade😩

Pros:

Locatie is uitstekend.

Cons:

Kamers waren er warm. Temperatuur was 26,4 graden. Blijkbaar functioneerde de airco niet.
Ben naar de receptie geweest en is iemand geweest en heeft een raam opengeze, dat hielp iets.
We zijn maar eerder weggegaan.
Jammer van de mooie kamer, je moet wel goed kunnen slapen.

Im Großen und ganzen sehr schön, aber zu warm.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und echt lecker. Man konnte jederzeit an der Bar Essen bestellen, sollte man mal spontan nachts Hunger bekommen.
Die Lage zur Autobahn an sich war gut und zur nächsten ÖPNV-Station waren es auch nur ca. 15 Minuten.

Cons:

Man brauchte dennoch 30 Minuten in die Altstadt.
Was aber wirklich der größte Minuspunkt ist und sehr ausschlaggebend für den Komfort: Die Temperatur im Zimmer. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht mal einen Spalt öffnen und die Klimaanlage ist einfach viel zu schlecht. Draußen herrschten teilweise 30 Grad und im Zimmer hatten wir zwischen 25 und 27 Grad. Das hat das Schlafen nachts zur Qual gemacht. Hier muss dringend etwas gemacht werden.

Comfortable stay close to airport; value for money!
Pros:

Really clean and comfortable! It was close enough to the airport and served as a good place to rest after a late night flight into Dusseldorf. Staff were really friendly and helpful at all times! We found our room to be very comfortable and had all the basic things you'd need for a good, comfy rest. Would recommend if you need somewhere close to the airport e.g. to catch an early flight or rest after an extremely late night!

Cons:

The air-conditioning wasn't very strong so our room was a little warm but the weather during our stay was coincidentally really good so we ended up not really needing the air-conditioning much anyway.

Die Lage, das Personal, das Frühstück und das Zimmer waren Top!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktioniert bzw. Kühlt nicht.

Das heißt das Zimmer hatte durchgehend zwischen 26,5 umd 27,5 °C was überaus unangenehm war.

Wir erfuhren das es quasi Allen Gästen so ging/geht und das Problem bereits länger bekannt ist und dennoch nicht gehandelt wird, obwohl es sogar auf den Seiten bei den Bewertungen bereits auffällt.
Wir können nur mutmaßen dass die Anlage für das gesamte Hotel zu klein ist u.o. das Kühlmittel/Gas nicht gewartet bzw.regulär nachgefüllt wird.

Trotz digitaler Einstellung auf 5°C blieb die Luft aus der Anlage bei besagter 26,5 °C.

Wirklich schade um das Hotel zumal wirklich sonst alles gepasst hat.

Das Hotel liegt mit dem Auto etwa 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Straßenbahn und U-Bahn Station sind jeweils 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert in den Sommermonaten nicht. Dies bedeutete eine Raumtemperatur von 26 Grad in der Nacht bei einer Außentemperatur von 34 Grad. Schlaf ist bei solchen Raumtemperatur unmöglich. Auch ein Zimmerwechsel verschaffte keine Abwechslung.

Zimmer sind extrem warm. Trotz Zimmerwechsel & „Klimaanlage“ sind es 26-27 Grad im Zimmer was vor allem
Nachts unerträglich ist…!
Leider ist im Zimmer kein Kleiderschrank.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

The bathroom was spacious

Cons:

The aircon did not work, which is unacceptable in one of the warmest days of the year, there was a blob of toilet paper glued to the bathroom ceiling, which shows it hasn't been properly cleaned in a while, and the curtains don't actually block the light.

Goed, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie schone kamers.

Cons:

Ik zag pas na aankomst in de “kleine letters” dat er parkeerkosten waren voor €15 per dag. Eerder mijn fout dan die van de accommodatie, want het stond ergens vermeld. Maar toch, beetje jammer.
