Pros:

Mexico never disappoints when it comes to the customer experience. My daughter forgot her very expensive purse and charger and the hotel folks returned it to our house within 5 days. I cannot recommend this hotel, their service and location more. I have been in over 80 countries and over 4 million miles and our neighbors to the south are the best. Gracias Mexico.

The room is small. The record player has a serious noise issue. The sound quality is really poor.
Pros:

The staff helped with luggages are the most welcoming overall

Cons:

All of the staffs at check in desk are dreary. No special accommodation for Birthday or anything

Pros:

Decent breakfast buffet. Hotel is located in relatively low-profile neighbourhood. However nice design hotel with warm staff and decent service quality.

Cons:

Though Condesa is supposed to be one of the coolest neighbourhoods of the city, the immediate surrounding of the hotel is not attractive. Room size is average but the huge columns in the rooms make the space smaller than it is.

Perfect stay in CDMX.
Pros:

We usually stay in BnBs but absolutely loved this hotel. It is very well located, our room was very quiet, the shower is huge—it even has a seat. Excellent breakfast, wonderful, helpful staff. Room is high tech, loads of outlets. There is a beautiful rooftop restaurant and a pool, and a “wooftop” biergarden that is open air and allows dogs.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

We loved our stay at Andaz! The location was great, on the perimeter of La Condesa which was a really fabulous neighbourhood, lovely restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Very safe area. We booked a suite at the hotel, it was spacious and had 2 bathrooms which was an absolute delight! The staff were all very friendly, especially at the Wooftop bar. Thank you for your wonderful service. A very special mention to the staff at Portico, the breakfast restaruant. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with them, just an amazing group of people working there. The slightly older lady and gentleman set the standard in gold class service! We miss them already! Overall our experience was exceptional and I would stay here again.

Cons:

The rooms could have been a bit more soundproof. We were on the 15th floor, but could hear the sirens throughout the night and some of the noise from the street. The windows are not double glazed so this was the only down side as it woke us up during the night and interrupted our sleep.

Cons:

Rooms have a big pillar right in the middle reducing the space in room remarkably. Sinks are literally in bedroom and shallow. Water splashes back. Inconvenient.

I thought i could sunbathe by pool but impossible. Also glass wine rooftop very expensive
