Good location. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms have a big pillar right in the middle reducing the space in room remarkably. Sinks are literally in bedroom and shallow. Water splashes back. Inconvenient.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

We loved our stay at Andaz! The location was great, on the perimeter of La Condesa which was a really fabulous neighbourhood, lovely restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Very safe area. We booked a suite at the hotel, it was spacious and had 2 bathrooms which was an absolute delight! The staff were all very friendly, especially at the Wooftop bar. Thank you for your wonderful service. A very special mention to the staff at Portico, the breakfast restaruant. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with them, just an amazing group of people working there. The slightly older lady and gentleman set the standard in gold class service! We miss them already! Overall our experience was exceptional and I would stay here again.

Cons:

The rooms could have been a bit more soundproof. We were on the 15th floor, but could hear the sirens throughout the night and some of the noise from the street. The windows are not double glazed so this was the only down side as it woke us up during the night and interrupted our sleep.

I thought i could sunbathe by pool but impossible. Also glass wine rooftop very expensive

The location and the staff were great.

Cons:

The bedroom is very tired and there was a really bad smell from the bathroom as soon as you walked through the door. The fittings are worn and seem quite grubby in areas

Stay here! Great location, staff, and SO much more!
Pros:

Great vibe! FABULOUS customer service! Fantastic rooms with little extras, like record players and albums...not to mention the gummy bears and soda :-)). Great views as well. Fitness center was well-equipped. Wonderful spa experience, with jacuzzi tub. Rooftop restaurant had EXCEPTIONAL service and DELICIOUS food...loved the pulpo and margarita! All in all, highly recommended!

Chic and modern hotel in a perfect location for exploring Mexico City
Pros:

Perfect location, modern rooms, excellent gym and very very kind staff. Safe area.

Cons:

Our shower tap seemed broken, the water was either freezing cold or burning hot. The “heated” rooftop pool wasn’t really heated and also didn’t appear too inviting to us.
