The location is very convenient

Cons:

The service at the restaurant was poor. Had to remind the staff to clear the tables during the breakfast service.
The quilt delivered to us was stained. The shower heads were poorly maintained.. was blocked and water flow was bad

Cons:

Stayed at the Hilton Business Park and wanted to share
some feedback regarding two interactions with the staff that felt
unnecessarily confrontational.
First, I visited the gym in flip-flops. While I understand this is a safety violation, we entered and exited the area twice to retrieve
packages before using the treadmill. It was only as we were leaving that an employee told us shoes were mandatory. It would have been far
more helpful to be informed upon our first entry rather than after we had already finished our workout.
Second, while taking a photo of my friend at the pool—carefully ensuring no other guests were in the frame—an employee approached us.
Instead of explaining the photography policy, they immediately demanded my room number. Only after I provided it did they explain the privacy rules.
In both instances, the staff focused on enforcement after the fact or asking for credentials rather than proactive, friendly communication.
As a guest, it made the environment feel more like "policing" than hospitality.
I hope this feedback helps in training the team to lead with the "why" and communicate policies more helpfully in the future.
